Indane — Subsidy amount credited in wrong account

Dear Sir, Ref. : Consumer No. 19807, Distributor - Vikas Distributor (Code -140477), N. 24 Parganas, New Town, Kolkata - 700102, A/c.No.[protected]U.B.I., IFSC CODE - UTBI0SLVA51, BOOKING DATE - 16.02.2015, DELIVERY ON - 22.02.2015, CASH MEMO NO.- [protected], WRONG A/C NO.[protected] O[censored]BI, KRISHNAPUR BAZAR BRANCH, KOLKATA - 700102 . Reference to above details and learning from my distributor, I came to know that my subsidy against the above booking details was credited to wrong account number mentioned above. The correct account number against my name is also referred above. I regret to inform you that till date I have not received the subsidy in my account and as per Bank official and distributor, the matter is to be taken up with you to resolve the issue. Kindly arrange to credit the subsidy proceeds to my account no. given above and also request you to modify your database as per details enclosed above in reference.
