Indane — subsidy amount did not get

My consumer id is cx7758038, there is only 7 cylinder has been used by me during the year 2014-15 but the distributor deny to allot subsidy saying that my quota of 12 cylinder has been completed. In my lpg book only 07 entry were made which were actully availed by me. I tried many to contact at customer care helpline no but there is no response from side...
