I have already submit/registered aadharcard and bank account in Jan.2014. I am taken cylinder against cash memo No.[protected] dt.05.02.2015. Cust, LPG ID NO. [protected] (30094) my dealer name Sachhi Gas Centre, Ashok Nagar, Kanpur(U.P.)
