Indane — SUB:Unfair business practice going on in Dum Dum Gas supply agency

Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that My consumer no. is 757536, my 17 digit lpg ID is[protected], i booked my refill on 10/2/2015 with booking no. 786949 and cash memo generated on 11/03/2015 ( as per sms alert) with cash memo no. [protected] and on the same day i received another sms alert that my cylinder is delivered against cash memo no.
