Indane — surrender the connection because of irregular supply & subsidy.

Need to surrender the connection because of irregular supplies of cylinder, whether booking confirmation is taken by SMS. The supply agency (Sonar Bangla Gas Service, code No: 207079) is told us they do not have the booking entries, they were suggest to contact the company by phone. Out of that agency is told us that the regulator and cylinder you are given is not match with the connection registered, the subsidy returns were not taken on account from last 5 months. Sir when we have taken the new connection the mid men is supply us the same one, now he is also not able to taken the responsibility. Kindly suggest us to better results, or we can go for G.D by police to agency and mid men. Our consumer No: 10063436
