[Resolved]  Indane — Wrong bank Account is showing in Indane Database

Dear Sir, I am a domestic LPG consumer of Indane in Kolkata. I have submitted my AADHAAR no documents to Bank as well as to Indane distributor on Jan, 2014. But wrongly Bank has linked my AADHAAR no to any other person account. Later on the have corrected the problem after my complain and refunded the Advance amount as well as the subsidy amount to my account. Then the AADHAAR based DBTL scheme has been stopped by the Govt. Recently I checked my data throug my Indane login and seen that still Indane database has the Wrong bank account entry linked to my Consumer No. I have repeatedly emailed to the Area Manager and Indane higher officials but they clearly says that they don't know the way to correct it. Only suggestion from their end is to link the AADHAAR no to any other Bank account. But they are not responding to my query regarding the timeline to reflect the new bank account change to Indane database so as to be visible from my login. We take only Aadhaar number detail and any account number which is attached to that Aadhaar number is taken by our Database. The problem is in the Bank end only. If the account number to which your Aadhaar number is seeded does not belong to you, then the Aadhaar number in that account number is to be deleted by Bank only. We will also try to help you by taking up this issue with the Banks during our meeting with them. Hope you understand our position and we request you to take up the issue with your Bank. Alternatively you can link your Aadhaar number with any other Bank account of yours ( if you have another Bank account ) and the data gets overwritten automatically.
