    I completed my waiting period February 22 2023 was my last working day. But still I not get full and final settlement and my two months salary, revealing letter.it s already gone more than 100 days. I put a mail to HR several times but no response given to me. They nothing clear to me please take a action
    Of this problem. And clear this problem quickly sir.

      I didn't get my two months salary and full and final settlement amount and revealing letter. I cleared all the process of company side . I resigned jan 24 2023 and my waiting period was February 22 2023 l completed that . It s already gone more than 100 days .I put a mail to HR several times but no response given There side . please clear my two months salary and full and final settlement amount and revealing letter . please take quick action about this.         good afternoon previously i have worked in IIFL Gold loans piler from 18/10/2021 to 09/03/2023 i have joined in Bajaj gold loans in 13/03/2023 it's all most 90 days completed till now i have dropped multipool mails to mi Ira along with all departments but no use kindly request you to please do the needful on this issue. even HR also not responding to mi calls i don't no to whom i contact for this issue kindly request you to please help me come out on this.

              This is regarding personal loan I applied on IIFL. They initially informed that I am eligible for loan post submission of documents. I also completed and approved the emandate process. They said that the amount will be disbursed in 48 hours. I didn’t get the money in my account. I checked the status on their app .. it shows that loan not approved. I m worried about the emandate I have signed n approved

                I received loan agreement and even submitted my nach mandate still amount is not yet disbursed. When im trying to connect with them given nos are always busy and also I didn't receive any call back yet.

                          I requested to foreclose latter of my Home loan account(#IL[protected] on 24 April 2023 and today is 12th May 2023. I tried to call him but his lines are busy. Not able to connect them. Even I did not get any update on my request.

                          My Request number is - 7217237 as shared by the caller. I don't want to pay any additional due to this delay. I request last month because I want to pay the amount before the EMI date but still waiting for their response.

                          Thanks for sharing the details but there is no option to rise a request for foreclose. How customers can rise a request. Also, your customer care lines are not taking calls.

                          What customers can do to get the foreclose latter?

                          your services are very bag for customers. I will not prefer any one to gowith you. You are mentioning this that we take care of customer but ideally you are not doing that.

                          Can you please let me know how can I get my latter, it's very urgent.

                            Home loan account no IL10025240. I have requested for foreclosure letter multiple times however I have not received it. If I check in IIFL office they say they cant give the letter its a centralised process and I will get it in email.

                            Tried calling [protected] but its a automated voice response and no option to choose foreclose letter.

                            Tried calling [protected] and spent more than 200 rupees but still dont have letter.

                              I am very disappointed to bring this to your notice that my home loan rate of interest has been revised thrice in the last 1 year. Please look into this matter ASAP they are harassing me like this.
                              At the time of sanction, my rate of interest was 8.75%. Now the rate of interest is 10.45%.

                                      Had requested for foreclosure statement on 2nd may. This is the 2nd time I had requested for the statement. First time I received it, but was not aware that it has expiry date. So I'm expecting little early this time.
                                      India Infoline Finance [IIFL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
