I am kuldeep, postman not attempt for the delivery of my item, and he update the status online that insufficient address, if address is insufficient then how courier come my address. They only came to delivered for some important items and for that they always ask for some money to get delivered my items, like passport, so many times I have to go post office to collect my items, Please take action for this problem we are facing.
I hope that you will take some action on that .

Hello, i had placed an international order 2 months back from usa. It’s been a month since my parcel is stuck in post office delhi. Please tell me when can i receive it? This is my order number - um[protected]us

It’s been 2 months i have paid good money for this order. Please track my parcel and send it to me. It’s stuck in delhi post office. Please tell me when can i receive it.

After several visit to branch more than 2 weeks still my wife 's account not yet open, last week she submit the application form at pattamundai (Main branch - post office) dist-kendrapara, odisha, but still this application paper not move from one table to another table.

Last monday dated 22/oct/18 when she visit the branch post master told her that today we can not open account we are busy now please submit the form next monday you come we will open your account.

Again today (29/oct/18) my wife visit same branch & she saw nothing moveing going on same application laying on the post master table.

Again that man said that madam today we can not open mean today not possible you may come tomorrow.

So, i would to know what will be best punishment of that post master.

& i would request to you sir please take strong action of that post master who is waste unnecessary time of common human.

Central govt. Paying salary for their duty not for sleep at post office.& their is no any rule in postal or banking system account should be open same day not after one week.

But the officers not come on time i complaint post master he not give me answer. And officer come 9.30 am and talking arrogant. Plz look after. What we do your officer shouting loudly the experience was very poor. Central government look after that. Plz look after that give me answer as early as possible.

My speed post consignment's tracking number is ed[protected]in. When i checked online it showed that the item is delivered, but i haven't received my parcel yet. The parcel contained my driving liscense which is very important and i urgently need it.
Also, i called the customer service at[protected] and the executive told me to call the kalkaji head office at[protected]Parcel was being delivered by them). I called them around 15-20 times (I called at 5:40) but they didn't bothered to take the call and now i dont even know what happened to my parcel!
Your early response will save my time and money both. Thank you for your consideration.

I speed posted my stuff from sarita vihar s. O to dharmasala s. O, orissa. My stuff has not been delivered. It has been 10 days since 18th october till 27th october. Palam tmo despatched to nsh bhubaneswar. Then, new delhi rs tmo despatched to jhansi in stead of bhubaneswar. Info has not been updated in consignment tracking system. My speed post id is ed[protected]in.

As my sister is not in city i told the post man to give me the letter he told the person should be there or else make a call to her and if she says to give to us that he will give he told so i called her and gave the phone she told to give us but he told that he will not give and spoke rude this behavior is observed after dussara as he demanded some money we didn't give him so he started behaving rude after dussara we already told him that we will file a complaint against him but today is second time he did so i am complaining. I told him that we will complain he is so reckless and told do what ever u want no one can do anything he told and went away shouting

I would like to bring in your kind notice that my parcel bound to Almora from Sarthana SO - Surat, has not been received by me due to the Mis Management of system, today it is almost 25 days. no where i see the hope of support, the complaint no. in internet doesnot seem to work properly.

My atm card is not delivered to me, though it is shown in tracking that it is reached to the post that i have mentioned in my address, that is to 431708 atp. Ashtoor, tq. Loha, dist. Nanded.
Postmaster is not responding properly.in status is mentioned that my consignment is reached at ashtoor post on 6/10/2018 but, yet i do not get it.

This in response to a dispatch with no rh[protected]in which was registered on 16th of october 2018 from karnal h. O and contained vital documents and printed application form for the post of vas adreased upsc jammu office. The last date for submitting the application was 26. But still the dociments are tossed from one post office to onother. I was very dissappointed to learn that the documents was sent here and there instead of delivering to the exact adress as mentioned on the envelope. Despite having clearly mentioned the adress as jkpsc jammu, resham ghar colony, bakshi nagar jammu with pin code the dispatch was still diverted to srinagar, iam surprised to know that the india post employees at jammu are soo ignorant about their own jammu city or else they are just so careless and none serious lazy kind of people or they just dont care jst only minting taxpayers money and good for nothing. Tommorow is the last date for submission and my career us at stake due to india post carelessness. Who is to blame for all this. Kindly replace the staff with young and dynamic people else shut down your service if you cant bring transparency in your services.

On 4th october 2018, i had booked a package weighing app 3 kg from adyar chennai po to tauranga new zealand. While no tracking was possible till 8th. On 8th i was shocked to note that the material was lying at frankfurt germany. I had complained on the same day and due acknowledgment recd. Till date except standard answer that they have taken up with german post no further information recd till date. The consignment booking no is et[protected]in dated 4th oct 18. Does it take 18 days to get in touch with your counterpart for tracing. Shows the absolute irresponsibility of your department towards the consumer. At this rate i have to write off my expectation and do not use speed post in future. Also send hard copies of my mails with your dept to the office of the prime minister of india.

मेरा नाम गौरव अरण्य है. मैं बिहार की राजधानी पटना में कैमा-शिकोह, हाजीगंज, पटना सिटी क्षेत्र का स्थाई निवासी हूँ. मै यहाँ 35 सालों से रह रहा हूँ. मेरा पोस्ट ऑफिस झाऊगंज है. जिसका पिन कोड 800008 है. मेरा सर नेम अरण्य (Aranya). मै अपना सर नेम इसलिए बता रहा हूँ क्योंकि यह यूनिक है. मेरे क्षेत्र में कोई और घर इस सर नेम से नहीं मिलेगा. इसका मतलब है कि मेरा सर नेम की मदद से पोस्टमेन मेरा पता आसानी से खोज सकते है. यदि पोस्ट मान नये, हो तो एक बार घर आने के बाद दूसरी बार पता को लेकर उनके दिमाग में कोई भी दुविधा का प्रश्न नहीं उठता है.
मेरे एरिया या कहे मेरे घर जिस पोस्टमेन के अंदर आता है. वह गणेश है. गणेश मेरे घर आने वाले किसी भी तरह के पार्सल या लैटर को लौटा देते है. रिपोर्ट करते है की पता नहीं मिला. कई बार पोस्ट ऑफिस मे जाकर इस बात की शिकायत पोस्टमें गणेश से किया. शिकायत करने के बाद एक दो बार पर्सेल पहुंचाते है. लेकिन फिर पार्सेल को लौटा देते है.
सबे बड़ी समस्या यह है की पोस्टऑफिस में मिलाना उनसे मुश्किल है. क्योकि गणेश समय पर पोस्ट ऑफिस आते नहीं है. कई बार बार बार जानकारी देने के बाद की मेरा जरुरी कागजात आने वाला गणेश पार्सल घर नहीं पहुंचाते है. मुझे हमेशा पोस्ट ऑफिस के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते है ताकि मेरा पार्सल लौट न जाये.
अभी हाल में एक पार्सल जिसका नंबर RL[protected]IN को लौटा दिया गया. इसका भी यही कारन रहा की पता नहीं मिला. एक बात यहाँ बता देना चाहता हूँ की मेरा घर कभी लॉक नहीं रहता है. अब मैं क्या करू? जब पोस्टमें जानबूझ कर आपका पार्सल लौटा रहा हो?
पोस्ट ऑफिस में पता किया की गणेश ऐसा क्यों करते है? तो पता चला की पटना मुख्य GPO घर में उच्च पोस्ट पर गणेश के परिचित कार्य करते है इसलिए उनको किसी का डर नहीं होता है. न ऑफिस समय पर आते है और न ही पार्सल पहुँचाते है.
गणेश ऐसा पहली बार नहीं किया है. इसके पहले भी कई बार-बार खबर देने के बाद भी मेरे पार्सल को लौटा दिया है. मेरे पास उनका शिकायत करने के अलावा कोई चारा नहीं रहा है. कृपया गणेश पर करवाई करे और कोई जिम्मेबार पोस्टमेन को मेरे क्षेत्र का कार्यभार देने की कृपा करे.

My name is manjula a resident of hanur town kollegal taluk.in our place the post master is not distributing old age age pension for the old peoples. The sr citizens are getting only one month pension for months. And the post man is alao taking the money of decesed person too. There are so many people who are dependent on that money but they will be getting one month's pension for 3 months that too after deducting 60 rs. For 600 rs. I here by request you to take necessary action.

I had applied for tatkal passport on 15th october and it got despatched on 17th october with consignment number : pp[protected]in.

For the past 4 days the status is same. Screenshot attached and i didn't get my passport yet.

I need to travel this weekend and i am in serious trouble because of this delay as it's a matter of my job

Kindly take steps to resolve delivery asap.
