I was waiting for my laptop, that i forgot in a hurry on my way back to chennai from france. So my friend sent it to me via post. After waiting for a month i finally got my parcel, just to see that not only was the parcel already cut and opened but also the laptop inside it was broken and damaged. It's sad to be waiting for your laptop just to see its broken and of no use. This is utterly a big slap on the face of service provided by indian post. If you can't deliver things securely than why have a service like this? Just to eat more money in the name of services provided by the government? The government service should set an example of how things should be done. But then again it keeps disappointing and its there as a show piece for people to know that yeah there is this post service provided by the government. This wouldn't have happened if i was the pm of this nation. Now everyone has to be pm of the nation to inherit the rights and benefits of the services provided by our dear government and the indian post. Jai hind.

It is to bring to your kind attention towards the non-delivery of a money order (Mo) of rupees 1100, i sent from jabalapur (M. P) on 1st oct., 2018. Despite of being more than 12+ days, yet, not delivered & moreover, no tracking status available online or at the post office.
No information about the present location of the same is available.
It seems to be so irresponsible behaviour of the indian post services.

It's already cleared customs and returned to kolkata rms.
Shipment details shows, it is out from the kolkata rms and coming to my nearest rms centre.
But it stucks with the same update til now.

I had submitted nsc documents at parishram bhavan post office basheerbagh on sept 8 2018 as they were matured but till date amount is not credited in my post savings account. Department person balaji is not responding to my query on why it is delayed and not giving me any explanation. I request higher authorities to take necessary action. I have visited the post office more than 5 times seeking clarity on delay but no response from post office team. I also want to know why amount of 23.6 is debited twice for checking my post office savings account balance.

Sir, i am unable to get the consignment details on india speed post website,
I sent my parcel through speed post on 14 — 09 — 2018. When i tried to know the details of my parcel, i was unable to get.
I tried many times but still i am not able to know. Even on working days of speed post india. There are no details displayed on official website.

I have been sent one article to Netherlands by speed post from chengalpattu HO Tamilnadu 603001, on 17th september 2018 but not deliver till date. Despite repeated request to Foreign Post over phone[protected] and Mail dt, 28th sep 3rd oct., they have informed investigation is on and inform early. But no reply received sofar, all my efforts are vain. I am lost faith in post office. I request to inform the status of my article. Consignment speed post tracking No ET[protected]IN.

The tracking system shows no update since the day of booking. It has been a month today and the parcels cannot be tracked.

Kindly suggest what could be done about the same?

I sent a parcel from india post from ludhiana iqbal ganj s. O-141008 (Origin) post office to pazhuvil s. O-680564 (Destination) on 3/10/2018. Consignment number is cp[protected]in. Now its been 9 days the parcel is not delivered and only showing a status of item booked on 3/10/2018. No further information is available for consignment please resolve this problem as it contains some important business documents.

India post is not delivering my items from months, with no reply to online complaints. Not giving any information on the issue why it is taking so much time. The complaint numbers on india post website for 2 items are given below. I ordered these items from aliexpress.com, other items ordered at same or within two weeks got delivered quickly, but these two items are still stuck.

Hiii this is manoj kumar singh residing at krishna colony 2, bithoria no 2 haldwani nainital uttarakhand 263139. We are very fed up with our postman because not receiving any consignment on time, some time it taking more than required time. This time i have a consignment to receive which consignment no is ex[protected]in.
As per online tracking system it dispatched on 28/09/18 and received at haldwani main post office on 29/09/18 but it still not dispatched to me.
Please look into the matter and short it out as soon as possible as per my consignment detail.

My friend from kolkata had posted a letter by speed post (Tracking no. Ew[protected]in) which is not yet received till date because of wrong pin given by him. The pin given 721645 instead of 721602 and others address particular is correctly given except that pin no.
On quary it is seen thatthe speed post letter is at nsh kgp now. Therefore, i request you kindly deliverred it either post office address or pin given address as i have already informed in both places (Office or residential address). Better if you send it to my given post office "durgachak" address. Kindly do needful as the matter is very very urgent.

After 30 march 2018 its traking details er[protected]in it shows deliver box to destination is empty yet.
It was for amazon seller return. My refend from amazon is still unpaid. They want pod (Proof of delivery).

The parcel had a dress which was completely torn from shoulders and it had a tear mark in front.

It was an expensive dress which is completely wasted.
How can a parcel be damaged to this extent.
We trust on India post so much... Yet a damaged parcel was delivered.

When i consult at postoffice they may not give miniumum preiorty for ladies

Package rp[protected]cn retained by customs for unspecified reason since 25 sep 2018. Please release the package as soon as possible. The package contains a low valued computer accessory and i was expecting it in the first week of oct 2018. I am not sure what is the problem and its highly frustrating to see my money go down the drain. Please address this issue as soon as possible.

I'm scared after watching how post office employees handle parcels, i don't know they may not worried or doing it forcefully.
Someone sending letter or something costly and precious gift by post on fully trust. But whatever i had seen is totally rubbish. I don't know anyone going to take action against this or not. For reference i'm attaching a video that i have recorded.
