Item eu[protected]in stuck at nsh gurgaon since 16/10/18. No further update is there on website. Kindly process it as its vert important document. Two times my document has been couriered and returned. Its already too late and now stuck at nsh gurgaon. As my result is entirely dependent on receiving of dis document by the college that is vidya bhavan college of education, farrukh nagar, gurgaon, i request you to deliver it as soon as possible. The delivery of item has already a delayed around two months. Pz process my request.

    Em[protected]in booked on dated 08/10/2018 from kamothe so and further dispatched from nsh kolkata airport to nsh agartala but still not received, where it has gone. Pl find it and send it to the party. This is 2nd time when item hold with nsh agartala.
    Sir we are in loss by not delevery in time, what is the benifit to send our items through speed post

      We have booked parcel from mumbai to billapadu village consignment number is cm[protected]in. Till now not delivered and last tracking update is 18-oct-2018 which showing "bag despatched to golvepalli (Zami)". Customer service people are gave contact number and that is not working. They are suggesting to visit golvepalli postoffice personally for enquiry. Actually we are not aware of that post office and we sent parcel to senior citizen people they cant find out the post office also. We are really frustrated and it is showing the negligence of system. Unfortunate thing is customer service people are also unable to give information other than the website.

      Previous we did speed post for same address and it was delivered on time we are happy with service. With that impression only we opted parcel service instead of private courier services. We are regretting for that.

      We have visited 2 times to Golvepalli (ZAMI) post office. Yester day they talked very rude manner and said we did not recieved the parcel after some time itself tracking updated as Item recieved Golvepalli (ZAMI). Today again we visited and asked for parcel they rejected to handover and said after dispatched from here collect from Chinna yerukapalem post office. What is this how many days it will take for delivery? based on few people we can't judge all the govt employs but from customer care to Post office staff behaving similarly. 06-OCT-2018 to 26-OCT-2018 we did not recieved the parcel. We have registered online complaint also till now no response.

        Due to negligence of india posts i have suffered loss. They have lost one parcle of mine during transit. I lodged the complaint in india post customer care. After 45 days of complaint, they replied your article has lost in tranist please fill the form of compensation in gangyal post office. But when i visited the concerned post office they refused for doing the same. I am really very upset by the behaviour of india post employees. The value of my item was rs.1000 approx. But now for the compensation they are not very clear. I need my compensation asap.

            Its been 7 (Seven) days since tracking status is showing bag is dispatched to nsh guwahati but not received or not updated.
            So can u told me why. Its very urgent as it contains my appointment letter. So, is it reached the destination but status is not updated or it is lost somewhere in-between. Unse pucha ki kyu bheja to unka javab ghar nhi mila. Jab pehli bar unhone wapas bheja tha tab main unhe apne ghar ki detail or phone number dekar aaya tha. Fir maine 2sri bat request dal kar wapas mangya. Mr raju patel ne wapas bangalore bhej diya or pucha gya ki ab kya hua to javab ghar nhi mila or misbehav se bat kar raha h nhi mila to kya kare.                 Dear sir,

                I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by air parcel from rama krishna puram, secunderabad-56 post office on the 22nd of september, 2018. The receipt no. Is ca[protected] in and ivr no.[protected] in favour of ms kodelli himabindu, zoporozhye state medical university, zoporozhye state, ukraine-69035 of weight is 7639 gms and paid of cost of weight rs. 5, 190/- as per air parcel weightment.
                But the valuable personal belongings did not reached even after 01 month long period.in this regard i have not received any information about my personal belonging from your good office. I tried to tracking from the internet but is not traceable. It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is necessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

                I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

                  Respected sir,
                  I want to draw your attention to the fact that indian postal services need to improve for the satisfaction of their customers. I regularly buy products from the e-commerce website, but recently many of my packages are reaching without any content in a managed situation. The packages look as if they have been opened and ransacked. The package sent by the e-commerce website via the normal post is not coming to me. While i asked the e-commerce website (Aliexpress.com), they showed me the tracking details on their behalf and handed the parcel to india posting services for the final delivery. While the only registered parcel that has been packed well, they are reaching me in an intact condition but i have lost many ordinary post packages.in this way, i have missing a lot of packages that i bought online.
                  It is ridiculous that our indian postal services are not performing well for their customers and they give very bad image to the international e-commerce company.
                  So it is my humble request to take some corrective action.

                    I received a call from this no.[protected] on 12 of oct 2018.She told me that you are one of the lucky customers using jio sim and Redmi phone and you got a offer to get Redmi note 5 pro mobile in just 4000/- rupees.
                    (Actual price-14999/-). We will parcel this mobile in your nearest post office (Kalyani Nadia westbangal )in 10-15 days. Then she asked my address and said we will inform you when we dispatch it. On 22nd of oct, He made a call again, that your parcel has been arrived at the post office. He sent the parcel code also through mobile sms. I went there in post office and asked for that parcel, but they said you can not take that parcel right now as the data has not come. Then again that fraud person talked to me and said data has come you can take your parcel. Then i went there in post office (Kalyani west bangal)and took that parcel after paying 4000/- rupees of amount. But when i opened that parcel, front of postman instead of Redmi note 5 pro mobile, i found there was no mobile phone. I felt disappoint. I went to the post master to tell about this fraud and asked for the further action i have to take. Then they suggest me about the consumer forum. I hope you help me to get my amount back. Thank you.

                      I had sent one envelope on 24.09.2018 from panaji goa to ignou study centre kochi kerala. But the status of the consignment is still shown as dispatched. It should reach the ignou office by 11th october. The id is em[protected]in. Please help me with this. It's my re-evaluation exam form i had sent. The ignou office people are not telling anything about whether it is been received by them or not and are telling to confirm with speed post india.

                      I also had attached a dd to the form.. Its really urgent for me to know about the delivery details else i need to answer my exam again.. Do the needful as early as possible

                        I have sent a parcel using the speed post service, but its strange that for the last 3 days there is not update in the tracking status, don't know what is the issue with india post services.
                        This is not the first time i am facing this problem, several times same issue is there.
                        Team need improvement in the services.
                        My tracking numbers are em[protected]in (No status update for the last 3 days), em[protected]in (Sent this today only, hope this also don't get into this issue)
                        Team please look into the tracking numbers that i have sent and update the status as soon as possible.

                          This is regarding the last update of consignment no. Rk[protected]in which was on 3rd october from mumbai airport sorting office. The document is supposed to reach before the deadline and it is very very urgent. Today is 22 october 2018, and i see no further update on its delivery status. Today i also called at customer care and the call center executive said that they cannot provide any further details beyond after "otb". I have no idea whether my mail has been delivered or not! I cannot afford to miss the deadline and feeling restless.

                              With all due respect, i had ordered my product on 11 october through india post services which boasts about high speed deliveries. It has been over 13 days but still i have not received my product.
                              My product is stuck at palam post office since 13 october (Photo attached)
                              I had called the authorities but they were harsh and did not bother to care. Please help me as i have already paid my cash through debit card online.

Date 6.10.18 post kiya gya delhi se amaniganj s.O faizabad up pin code 224121 abhi tak prapt karta ko abhi prapt nhi hua jabki spped post tracker date 14.10.18 out of deliverydikha raha hai amaniganj so kah rahe hai ki abhi aaya hi nhi hai

                                We have moved to bellandur 6 months ago and found this post office. This office doesn't work at all. We are trying to with draw some amount and visited this almost 7 times since 3 months but always they say reasons that server down, no internet, server hang etc. We can't withdraw nor update the savings book. There is no complaint book, there is no one who can answer or tell what's happening there. This seems to be just time passing for them, higher authority should see it and take some charge

                                  I am an indian residing in usa. I am pregnant and based on our religious beliefs i ordered prasadam from a temple in thirukarukavur, thanjavur district for normal and safe delivery. The post was sent on august 1st but never reached me even till today (October 22nd). The tracking details were not updated after august 3rd. The last tracking update was that it reached to chennai airport.
                                  The customer service in united states asked me to track with in india. I called indian postal services number of times but no one answered my calls. I don't know a way to track the registered post. Please let me know what i should do. I have also given here the receipt no. If it can help.

                                    I sent three registered letters from ghaziabad post office to canada on 26 sept 2018 (Ru[protected]in, ru[protected]in and ru[protected]in). I am unable to track these letters. I visited the post office from where i sent these and they said they cannot help me track them and i should raise a complaint on the portal. The status of these complaints in still pending. I then called the customer care service and they said that i should get in touch with canada post. I did so and canada post has no record of these letters. They asked to me raise an inquiry with india post. I even tried contacting you on your facebook page but got no response. I have spent a lot of time in collecting and mailing these important documents and i would really like to know where they currently are and why have they not been delivered and the least no one is giving me a staus update. Please help me know where these are and if they will get delivered. If india post does not have the means to deliver them, request you to please give them back to me and i can use a private service provider to mail the documents. Please tell me where are my three letters

                                      I got message from passport office that my passport was dispatched on 15/10/2018. I have applied for passport0 when i checked online, it is showing that consignement is at bnpl chandigarh sorting. For 16/102018, there is no movement in the parcel delivery. I need my passport urgently. It could have been delivered within 3-4 days. Why does it happen that my passport is stuck at chandigarh sorting. Please look into this.

                                        The speed post dispatch on 9 October from Banasthali Vidyapith Jaipur and to needs to read at Muzaffarpur Bihar, but spend so many days the consignment not received till date.
