India Post — delivery not attempted from taiwan (parcel tracking no: cc[protected]tw)

Dear team of indian postal, I have sent some research material to india through postal delivery on 24th april 2019 from taiwan. It’s been 26 days by today, the delivery not attempted yet. I have been tracking from last two weeks; it’s just roaming between chennai to vijayawada from 3rd may onwards. There is no update from 3rd may onwards. Really i feel very sad on this and i request you to take necessary action to deliver to destination. (Parcel tracking no: cc[protected]tw). I posted from Vadodara a speed post on 14 may to new Delhi it has been two days my parcel is still in Vadodara, the whole purpose of doing a speed post is that the parcel reaches on time if I have to wait for 6 days for my parcel to reach I would have done a normal post. No wonder post service in India is in loss.

Kurushetra University has sent my certificates on 26th April, 2018 and is delievered in Delhi on 29th april, 2019. Track ID is RH[protected]IN.

I am not able to track it and it is more than 15 days now. The courier needs to be sent to WES on urgent basis.

The parcel was sent from China to Goa but it still not delivered .the consignment number-CP[protected]CN .it was sent in January but its now 4 months .. not have received yet..
