India Post — For not delivering parcel yet

Tracking number - RJ[protected]cn Parcel to be delivered at gujarat, Ahmedabad but it shows in Kolkata since 8/11/2015 I called India post costomer care number([protected]) many time almost 7-10min they keep on hold as all customer care representative are busy, once connected they give number to contact Kolkata port, even I called they they told me it's matter of Indian post better you talk to them. Today also I called to customer care but dint answer properly and cut my call 2times.
