India Post — India Post - Regarding Complaint against Parcel Delievery on Wrong Address

Sir, I have delivered a Parcel on 11th August 2015 to the address Rahi Dwivedi, Room No.-208, Boys Hostel, Gali No.-2, Mangal Baazar Road, Near Sangam Vihar Police Station, New Delhi-110062 and when I tracked it on India Post site today, i.e., 19/08/15, it shows “The consignment EI[protected]IN booked on date 12/08/2015 was delivered on 17/07/2015” but they delivered the consignment to the wrong address . Please look into this matter as this consignment was very important to me.
