India Post — Issue of passbook

I submitted my savings bank account application form with deposit amount rs. 500 on the date 30.05.2017 in the samayanallur post office. But i didn't get passbook and account number. The officers in the post office were so irresponsible and irritating. I am going to post office like a staff to get solution. Please take action immediately as soon as possible.

EE[protected]IN this is the no. please help me. I have send it on 08/05/2017. but still now it is not delivered. I have complained about this matter to speed post but they are not able to solve it. its very important for my job.
