[Resolved] India Post — one registered post consignment was dispatched from bpc uti kokan bhavan for dhanbad 826001 but not yet delivered to my residence on 14.11.2017

I despatched my old pan card for correction in the spelling of my name. It was processed by utiitsl. After processing, the agency sent sms informing despatch of the same to my address by registered post with consignment no. Rm[protected]in. As per the tracking details it has been lying in the centralized since 18.11.2017.
I request that immediate steps may please be taken to deliver the same to me.

A post man called on29.11.2017 to deliver the consignment. The reason for the delay, he informed, was non-availability of a postman to deliver the same.

India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
