India Post — Over a week delay at KOL AP TMO

My speed post letter having consignment no. EW[protected]IN was despatched from Bidhannagar PO
(700064) to Kol AP TMO at 15.33 PM on 04.03.2021. The same was despatched back to Kol NSH on the same day at 23.12 PM. Kol NSH returned the same to Kol AP TMO back on 05.03.2021 at 06.02 Hrs. It was received Dehradun NSH at 03.25 Hrs. on 07.03.2021.

It is not understood why it was shuttled between AP TMO & NSH over 24 Hrs. & it took 2 more days to reach Dehradun NSH, though it is a matter of 2 hours flight. Since then there is not trace of the said speed post.

Kindly trace & deliver the letter forthwith under intimation to me at my phone no. [protected] & email

My order has been delayed in KOL AP TMO, in kolkata i guess...
Can they please make it fast

KOL AP TMO workers are frauds and thiefs.. they are irresponsible and inefficient too.my speed post parcel was stuck there for over a week and finally when I received my parcel a lot of items were missing.
Shame on kolkata postal departments..
I request strict actions to be taken against them.

Hi, my parcel was dispatched from Kolkata RMS TMO 4 days ago and still my post office has not received it. It takes one day for this transition as earlier I've taken parcels too. Customer service keeps asking me to wait, but i know logistically it cannot be in transition. How do I know if it is still in RMS TMO or its in transit?
