India Post — Over a week delay at KOL AP TMO

My parcel is stuck at KOL AP TMO since 23/6/2021.Almost 10 days ago.Still it is showing the same status whenever track.Please look into this matter and get it delivered as soon as possible.It is very urgent.

Sender sent the consignment on 30/6/2021from New Delhi.. Which reached at KOL AP TMO (kolkata)on 5/7/2021.
My address is just few kilometres away from TMO.
But it has been 12 days that consignment is still not dispatched from Kol ap tmo. No updates in the process yet.
Furthermore I already complained in India post...there is also no updates over my registered complaint.

That documents (consignment s) are very important and urgent to me. I have to submit it within a short period of time.

The consignment number ET[protected]IN has been dispatched to the wrong pin code being 712305 instead of 713205. Please check.

Parcel has been shipped on the 27th of june, from siliguri, today is the 6th of August.

It is my painfull experience with speed post service. I was booked a speed post on 30 Jul 21 from kolkata-22 to Portblair-03.
Sir track consignment status is showing "dispatched from KOL AP TMO by 31 Jul 21".
Sir with this issue, an online complain lounge by me on 09 Aug 21.
Sir complain status is also not update till date .
My letter is very important and time line to reach at destination is 14 Aug 21.

It's been 1month today i didn't received yet my parcel and without any updates, I want to know WHERE is my PARCEL why it takes so long...if i have knew that speed post or post office will do like this i will not even post my parcel, it's important things and needed things that's why we sent to speed post but why its getting delay and too delay.

This is come to know that my consignment has received @ "KOL AP TMO" postal address on 16/09/2021 time @ 02:36:39 but till now it has not dispatched on same. My sister send the parcel on 28 September 2021, its very important to me. Tracking shows that the parcel have dispatched from kol ap tmo on 01/10/2021. But still it has not reached. And the tracking is not updated. Why it's take so long time.

I posted an important document on 23 September, still not delivered.
