I m harsh pathak. I had booked a consigment of a cell phone vide consignments number cs[protected]in and send it on 18aug2018 to bhopal from guwahati. The packet contained a mobile handset of samsung company. The empty packet was delivered on 25 aug 2018 and mobile was missing. Request look into the matter.
