The same has not been delivered till now and your system shows item bagged despatched to guwahati rms (Crc). It contains visa for 3persons and the travel date is on 20th october 2017

My Mother has account with Post Office Basavan Bagewadi. A/C No. is [protected]. We lost it and we need duplicate passbook. But, Basavan Bagewadi Employee is telling, We have to give Police complaint and need to submit FIR copy then only they will issue Duplicate Passbook. Please help us.
