India Post — Withdrawal of my own money from my SB account intentional harassment of a handicapped senior citizen

Address:101 Kailash Villa Kailash Nagar Ambernath East 421501

I am having a SB A/C No. [protected] in this post office, having balance of minimum Rs. 150000/-, but whenever I issue a cheque of even Rs. ten thousand that too for remittance of my own account or my account In Local HDFC bank, the cheque is deliberately returned by the Officiating Lady Sub Post Master on the wrong pretext that signature does not tally. Ref Cheque No. 159550 Dt. 17.07.2020. and cheque no. 159552, this is just harassment to a Senior Citizen handicapped solely due to the harassing attitude of the respected lady, due to her blunder I suffered a loss of Rs 16000 earlier for closing my RD only one day before maturity, but still I did not make a complaint. I made a complait in this context to Complaint Number : [protected] on 27.10.2020 with a hope that my problems will be sorted out. But only two words in reply they informed me that the matter is resolved. I am astonished that when still my cheques issued to myself or my wife is returned back only with the remarks that signature is noot tallying. This is totally false, with this same signatures, I am withdrawing my money from Canara Bank or HDFC, Ambernath. It is very easy to return the cheque that the signature differs. Further, as this SB account is joint with my wife Smt Annapurna Verma, even the cheque issued by her is also returned with the remarks that the signatory is not traceable.(Ref -0. cheque no, 159553 dt 07.11.2020.
I am old man, during Covid 19 crisis I can not go myself to bank (the Govt also advises such. I badly need money for treatmaent of myself or my wife (She is also a sr. citizen, handicapped. . Having a good amount in SB of Post Office, I am not in a position to withdraw / transfer my money for treatment.
Under such situations, due to financial problems or mental agony, I am facing, if some thing wrong happens to me. the post office in general and the concerned post master in particular will be soley responsible.
I urge that a proper remedy is provided to me after investigating the whole matter and initiate suitable action against the defaulters, who are arbitrarily causing harassment to me.
An earlist action is requested please.
