There was a perosn by name VASI who convinced me to buy the Titanium package to sell my property and once the money is paid he has gone quiet. When I called India property they assigned me another sales person and she also never return my calls. When they piss of NRI's with this cheating sales people they are not going to stay in business very long. I am waiting for the day they shut down their business with this attitude and hope you can take some action against such businesses spoiling Indian business credibility overseas.

I have a independent house for sale in bangalore and i had postings in olx and few other free sites. I was getting good responses from olx and these agents from indiaproperty.com started giving me calls to post my add in there site. They where very pleasing and so i posted in their site, to be honest the site is really pathetic to track and manage. Then i started getting mails from them saying some leads and some people are interested, but the number and mails are half marked with xxxx. So get the contact i have to take a package in their site. I ignored the mails, but then i started getting calls from them again saying that your property is in a prime location bangalore and lots of people are interested, there are many awaiting to see the property, please take our package and we will help you and share the contacts. They kept calling me and finally i signed up for some package which was 5000+ rs because of the attractive promise which a lady agent srilekha. [protected]@indiaproperty.com gave me over phone (She said its a weekend coming and if you make the payment now, i am going to share all the contacts which are awaiting to see your property which is in demand area. She also promised to give full assistance and support). I made the payment and thats it no calls, no responses and no contacts shared. I called up customer care and reached this lady and asked for refund for which she said sorry sir we have no refund policy, sorry for the delay in getting the contacts, there is some technical delay, it was a holiday weekend bla bla bla. She again promised that she is gonna escalate and get this fixed and then another 2 weeks passed with same story, no responses no contacts. Finally i had to call customer care multiple times and i could reach her couple of times and after lot of shouting and blasting some senior (Hephzibah s - [protected]@indiaproperty.com) from indiaproperty call me and apologizes. I asked for refund to hear the same story from her. No sir we have no such policy but she promised to fix the problem and thats it. I waited for a month and tried mailing her multiple times with no response and then i had to give up. 3-4 months passed with some 4 or 5 contacts getting shared repeatedly to my mail, something like a default set of contacts they have, which i tried contacting to find the numbers are not at all reachable for most of them and i lost hope on indiaproperty.com. It was a 6 months package which was getting expired in another 2 months. Finally 5th month i started getting some good responses/contacts but no one turned up for property visit, still i was happy because atleast i am getting some contacts for the money i paid. It went on and i got a good bunch of contacts in last 2 months but no one turned up for site visit and then at the end of 6th month i started getting calls from indiaproperty agents talking about property add expiry and renewal. I begged and tried all possible things telling all what happened ad asking for an extension of 3 more months as i was getting some response. Those # they never bothered to hear what happened and finally i had to shout at them and i made them to close my account for ever. These people are frauds with fake promises and you will loose your money for sure. Olx is much much better with free add and if you take payed add, its worth every money in olx

I got call from india property to list my property on paid basis. Paid 3499/- on 02.08.2016 they promised they will highlight my property. They took photographs and uploaded.

They told they have many foreign buyers registered with them, they will tie up with them.
They claimed they will sell the property within 3 months. But not a single buyer ever called up or visited our property. Whenever we called the executive priya [protected] andheri office[protected] she use told she is on leave travelling or something like that.
When we contacted her senior, manager : praful shewale : [protected] he use to tell we are working my team will get the response and all.
We use to get some sms for showing interest but the phone nos mentioned if called back were not matching with names.
Sometimes the nos were not reachable and never turned up as buyers.

If i see the email given by this company to my email id i can find only 3 buyers interested email and about 20-23 emails from site for login created, property listing expiry and for taking new listing only.

Its very embarrassing that these firms loot our hard earned money and do nothing. I demand for refund of my money from india property.com i am attaching the receipt send by india property in photos.

We have 2 properties at chennai andpondicherry which we wanted to sell off. We had advertised in india property free advt category when wasi named executive called us and promised with his sweet and convincing wordsthat both our property will be soldfor sure if we take their premium package paying $150 to them. As per our discussion we paid the amount immediately and say for a few days there was some response from this person. He was givng some excuses based on demonitisation for non selling of the properties and when market stabilsed and we are trying to get in touch with him there absolutley no response for mails or calls.

We are very much upset with this attitude and blame ourselves for beleiving them as a reputed company. We would like the company either take up the issue and sell the properties as promised or refund the money taken from us. The sad part we did not even get a single responsse from any genuine buyer or even any one enquiry.

A request to other would be customer please do not fall prey for their sweet and convincing words will be loss of money and nothing more.

I have written atleast 10 - 12 mails to IP and they have given all [censored] replies and assurance to me till date so was compelled to come this platform. I was sold their paid listing for 3999/- by their agent Mr. Pradeep Ombale on an assurance of helping me sell my property within 15 days of paid listing on their site. Till date in 4 months I have recd 1 genuine enquiry rest 2 were bogus and company owned listers who enquired just to keep me back from posting on such platforms. 99acres free listing in 100 times better than this paid listing of IP. They really dont have any client base and everything potrayed to us is all bogus and made up.

I will plead to all people not to avail any paid services of indiaproperty.com as I have faced mental harrasment and agony dealing with these people who do not relent to your concerns and complaints.

I can share all my emails exchanged and audio clip of the fake commitments made by their people over phone before availing paid listing with them.

I availed platinum listing + VAS on 16.08.2016 from India Property. Earlier Mr. Wasi Ahmed, employee ID 2471 who assured me result oriented service while collecting my payment of Rs.5749.00, didn't properly respond after that. Subsequently Ms. Hephzibah took over charge for my account. She sent some lead details a month back.
After that I have sent several emails requesting for update on the status on the sale of my property. Also I tried contacting her Mobile number. Last two weeks neither there is no email response nor she is not picking up my calls.
Now with frustration I am taking up this matter to Consumer forum for justice and cheating public by collecting money.
I am also going to publish in all leading daily newspapers cautioning public not to engage India Property services.

I had posted an ad for selling my property on indiaproperty.com. I purchased their 'silver package' for Rs.2069.00 on 30 June 2016. I was then contacted by one Mr.Michel of the company who insisted that I purchase their 'titanium package' for Rs.10000 as it has a service pack wherein local agents of indiaproperty will follow up by coordinating with their clients who are seeking to buy property in my locality. He also assured me that they already had a list of potential customers including NRIs who will be visiting in June - July2016 and I can sell the property easily. When I hesitated, he repeatedly called me and made assurances that their service is very effective etc etc. and that I would be able to sell my property without seeking brokers and so on.

Finally I purchased their 'titanium package' by paying an additional amount of Rs.8303.00 on 02 July 2016.

Afterwards, there was absolutely no response from m/s.Indiaproperty.com. When I tried to contact them they did not even respond to my phone calls.

After waiting for two months, I sent a email to asking them to refund my money since they failed to implement any of their promises and the money I had paid was a total waste.

I was then contacted by their sales person by phone who informed me that they do not have the refund option.

This company seems to be a fraudulent company indulging in extortion by making false claims.

I request that action be taken to force the company to refund the amount I had paid for their so called 'services'.

Ndia property’s Assisted property is a fraudulent company. They promise to keep you posted with the properties of your interest but they wont. Don’t use their paid service.

I am form PUNE and I am writing this within 1 week after registering for paid service with them. I have paid Rs3000. My money is lost and also my happiness. I am frustrated with the fake promises of assisted property.

Assisted property is cheat.

This is very bad company and their serveses is very bad .please don't trust on this company and don't waste money and time for this website .all members in this compeny are fake and their is not any genuen coustmerr for buy property.their are better side on web like olxcom and 99acers .com .I have wasted my money and time on this website .till their is not response about my complent.and they didn't have any knowledge about real estate so please don't trust on this site and please not pay any money on this site.

I posted a property for sale on there india property website., after 2 days i was getting calls from them stating that u have taken a free service and it is not o[censored]se and u can take paid services as there free service is not o[censored]se., they were harassing me by making so many calls
I just want to say one thing for the company head - if this type of customer service is there., then no one will approach your company for any service.,
Please give them training on how to speak with customers

These guys steal numbers from other sites like 99acres and magicbricks and they reachout to you to signup for their services with tall promises.

Guy name a suresh kept calling me until i signed up for their package called platinum package which he said they send their hyderabad team to evaluate the site and take professional photographs. It has been almost 2 weeks since they stole my money and i yet to hear from them. I really doubt if they even have anybody in hyderabad. The guy is even afraid to talk to me now. I wish i had read these reviews from other users before i paid these crooks. These guys are looting people in broad daylight.

Please reach out to me if you need any details on these crooks to know about their cheating business practices. Please can you guys suggest how i can reach out to authorities to report these crooks who are stealing money in broad day light.

I had worst experience. I had signed up in December 2015 for sale of my property in Panvel with 3 months subscription of and it has been more than 5 months now and still they couldnot get my property sold out. They did not property validated leads. All leads were fake, some brokers and most of them were not interested. India Property site is fake. Donot take any services. There is one s ales person named Priya who will convince you to buy, so be careful. Below was welcome email sent.

I had purchase 3 months business listing for posting property for sale on indiaproperty.com website for Rs 4, 000/- on March 19, 2016.
I was promise by an executive name Taranum that I will get registration call from their end by March 21, 2016.
Till date I am waiting for the same.
Request you to refund the amount.

Irresponsible and Misbehaved Sales Persons they hired who dont know how to behave from a lady staff.They sold out one package and behave after sending a payment link that we have to pay their DEBT.After this misbehave and attitude I have sent a request to cancel 4 times by mail and 10 times via phone to refund my package amount of Rs20, 000.These cheater are not giving my money back and also very rude on phone and say no refund policy with them.
They should be banned in realestate market

INDIAPROPERTY is a FRAUD company, PLEASE REQUEST YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM.

I had registered with assisted sales service for my property in Mumbai. But unfortunately after registration I did not received any genuine inquiry from your side.( only 2 from agents & one FAKE ). After repeated calls to your Customer care after Nearly 45 days Mr. Rohit our contact in the company Picked up the phone and assured to provide genuine inquiry, but failed to do so. He provided contact details of his manager Mr. Vikas Pillai([protected]). Mr. Vikas Pillai ensured he will provide me leads.He has failed to do so till date and now he is disconnecting my calls .

Now two months of the plan are already over and whenever I ask for refund the give FAKE promises like extending this useless plan.

Indiaproperty.com is a cheat and fraud website. A person (ashish) from indiaproperty.com called me up to take an advertisement for my warehouse. I informed him that his website is mainly about residential. But he informed me that he has 2 live enquiries for my property which he will forward to me if I advertise with him. Further Once I paid for the advertisement their website will promote and keep promoting my advertisement, they will also flash sms'es to their registered consumers which is nearly 200000 in numbers. They will do all activities possible to ensure that my property is sighted every time somebody looks for commercial property for lease in pune. Once the money was paid, they only called me at the end of 3 months (the tenure of my advertisement) for renewal of my advertisement. During those 3 months when I checked on their website 4 - 5 times to view my advertisement, I myself could not view the advertisement. DO NOT ADVERTISE ON indiaproperty.com IT IS A WEBSITE TO CHEAT COMMON PEOPLE.

Indiaproperty.com's executives are adhering to cheap policies to bag subscriptions. I am one of them.

I don't want to disclose the executive's name. She was calling from the company's mumbai branch and the phone number was[protected].

The grievances are hereunder:
1. I wasn't informed that there are three packages. (I informed the caller about my financial condition, but i had to subscribe for the platinum pack as i didn't know there are two other less costly packs)

2. She made me believe that she had ready parties (Banks, schools, advertisement agencies) with her and they are searching flats for rent in the lake gardens area (Where i stay)

3. She committed that my property will get rented - out within few days after i subscribe (She told me that parties are after her to get them a good flat for rent)

4. She committed that i have to pay nothing as brokerage after the subscription (As indiaproperty.com will give me direct buyers, not the brokers) . She also told me that people are looking for flats in lake gardens and 45, 000 monthly rent (And 6 months deposit) will not be a problem for the ready buyers.

5. She didn't inform me that the total processing (Including taking pictures of my flat) might take more than 15 days. I asked repeatedly (Before subscribing) about the time, but she made be comfortable with her false promises.

After i subscribed for the package, the lady didn't contacted me for a day. Not even a single buyer approached me for my property. And her boss (Vikas) was trying to convince me that she did her job (Completely denying her mistakes) and the company has made some excellent deals with their customers. And hence, my allegations are not true.

This company is a cheat. I can't attach any proof as the whole discussion was over phone. I lodged a complaint on their website and the mail was escalated to the executive's team leader (Vikas) .

This is online fraud company whose executives (Pooja Jaiswal - [protected]) get in touch with you once you register your property for selling on their site. they assure you that they have confirmed leads for your property and if you buy their package of Rs. 3000, they will help you in selling the property within 2 months. Their executives will call you almost at very hour until you buy their package. Once I bought their package, they did not send any lead and not even called me once. When I followed up with them they kept telling that we are gathering leads which never happens and I lost my money. This is a fake company and do not entertain them.

I had registered on the web site for selling a property however I was given false assurances that they will be doing listing the details and contacting agents to sell the property. The Registration was for 2 months (Rs 3000)but I never got a call from them neither any details were added on my ID. I tried following up with them everytime but they always had one answer - We are following up and after that no response. At the time of registration till you pay the money, you will get calls every one hour. once the payment is done, their job is done to take money from you and after that you will never receive any call from India property. There were two people who were interacting with me Priya and Sana. Everytime I used to follow up . No one bothered to call the customer. Contact No :[protected] When I personally called them, after the call they added five fake agents in my listing who were not receiving the call and some numbers were not correct. I had mailed my house photos. For that to get added on the web site, I had to follow up but they were not added. This was just way to minting money from an ordinary Customer. I am writing this email just to help others who can get trapped in the same. I want the government to take some stringent actions against them. I registered on April17th and House photos were approved and uploaded on 3rd june just 10 days before expriy after my continous calls to them I had contacted for payment and other registration related stuff to praful.[protected]@indiaproperty.com Let me know if more details required. From india property guindy office sales person hemanth and prabhakar collected money from me 15000 / - on may 1st week but till now i cannot able to contact them and i went to india property office front office staff telling they gone out for sales till now iam not getting response to my property i don't know whom to contact
