This company is the No.1 cheating site from India. Don't try to advertise this company. A lot of calls come from many staffs to advertise their site. It is sure to lost your money with out any support their site

I am also facing a similar problem and want a refund of the money. They do not understand the requirements and in my case in 1 mth they gave 7 suggestions of which only 1 was satisfactory. (Here also they could not provide any further info. At the time of enrolment to the scheme they had made many false claims of services but all useless.have u got ur money?

No, they will never respond if you ask for refund. You cant get a refund unless you proceed legally. So I started using that service itself. Till date they have shared only 25 properties out of which only 3 is as per my expectation. Every week they will share only one property and for that too you have to follow up with them continuously. And they dont have any separate database of properties. They pick and share whatever is there in the Indiaproperty.com. For that we can search directly from that website itself. Going thru agents itself is a better idea rather than going thru this kind of cheaters. FINALLY, I LOST MY MONEY and GOT CHEATED BY INDIA PROPERTY'S ASSISTED PROPERTY.

I agree totally.the info provided by them is what is freely available on the net.yesterday wen I sent them a mail seeking refund, the psm called up and saying dat v r giving u d best given ur requirements etc etc At the time when I was literally driven mad by their sales executive to buy this package, he made such tall claims about the services and today when I mentioned that, the psm says u forget about what he said..I am giving d correct info etc etc

Contrary to your experience, even I also registered for AssistedProperty services. I was also given 3-4 property recommendations a week, but after 2-3 site visits I was able to finalize my new home. I thought enrolling for this service was really worth it as I saved myself at least 2 Lakhs of brokerage. I feel sorry for your experience but I have personally referred this service to my relatives and friends.

My requests and e-mails dt.16.10.2013, 2.10.2013, phone talks and your promise etc. were not attended by you except convincing me by phones for the past three months. At the end of fifteen dates and second month also, I told that you could not send any useful requested properties as you have no such items. And hence I requested to refund my membership fee. Any how, you have dragged on the whole three months with more strain and only by phone talks with me. And your PSM requested me not to send e.mails, but only by phones for their safe. Now the expected third month is nearing completion. During Dec.2013 no properties were recommended
except repeated one regarding Mr.Balan, Broker. Lastly, BrokerMr.Balan showed me one property for 65 lakh as against the 55 lakh told by the PSM. This is the last disappointment given to me.

My feed back to all the properties recommended by you and e.mails will reveal what are you doing irrelevant.

Till date, my letters have no response from your so called reputed concern. And I don't know whether they are brought to the attention of the higher authority of India property.

I have been cheated in all the way by sending properties not requested and areas unwanted. For the past one month you could not do anything useful except repeating the visited sites and request me to contact the builders in their future projects.

I have spent my time and money to visit the properties which were recommended at your own option for the past three months with more mental agony. I have come to the conclusion, If atleast my membership fee will not be refunded soon, I will be forced to take steps in publishing this in dailies and magazines as already phoned to you all.

I wish, I had read these complaints before enrolling for their assisted property service by paying Rs.4000/-. I am also cheated by their marketing person, promising to recommend many properties matching my specific requirements. However, they have shared details of only 2 properties matching somewhat closer to my requirements. And these are also, new projects, which are freely available on the net. They have changed my PSM twice, none of them understand my requirements.

If you ask more details about the property they share, they have no information and start searching for details. Though they claim they have professionals doing the groundwork, before recommending properties. To me, it looks like, they have hired bunch of 10th pass outs to perform google search on our behalf.

If you are looking for property, better you can search yourself or go through some local brokers, they charge you their commission only after you purchase the property.

Hi All, Sorry for your bad experience but let me thank you for the showing us some good properties after an exhaustive research on our requirements for an apartment. We are deeply indebted to AssistedProperty for providing us the opportunity to finalise the deal for the 3BHK property at Ameerpet, in Srinilaya Enclave. We appreciate the services and their relationship manager's friendly calls.

For me its time & money saving and got very good result in 2 months of time.

I paid 6800 odd rupees for this service today after talking to the sales guy for an hour where he has promised most of what i have asked.
I am yet to be assigned a property manager and i will post my experience once i use their services.

I was looking to resale my apartments in Delhi. After seeing all online portal, finally i went on to Indiaproperty.com. It was simple to post my property listing on the site. “What I like about this is that I get notification on my phone itself once registered my number, every time a property matches or property viewed by user for my requirement. I can also call the individual or agent directly without having to go back to my emails every time to refer phone numbers.

My experience with assisted property team was good.., i too had a doubt how we can search property online but india property made it possible.. Thanks a ton to Assisted Property in providing me property options matching my search criteria. I am writing this complaint here online, after complaining this multiple times with Indiaproperty team, since no action has been taken over last 1 month I am escallatting this as an issue.

I am a running commercial property consulting firm in Chennai and I bought a ad package from Indiaproperty for publishing properties online. Even though the response I am getting from Indiaproperty is very minimal, the worst part is they have started sharing / sending my contact number through mail and emails for who ever customers visiting their websites or calling them for residential properties. Indiaproperty doing immature service by sending wrong contact number even without checking whether the agent in working in that particular category or particular area or not. Thus I am regularly getting calls from people those who are looking for apartment for rental in Chennai. I have written many times to Indiaproperty regarding the same, so far nothing has been done.

INDIAPROPERTY MISLEADING AND CHEATING BOTH CUSTOMERS AND AGENTS BY GIVING THEM IRRELEVANT CONTACT DETAILS.

Dont use indiaproperty service.

Useless and fraudulent companyStay away from IndiaProperty.com.they coned me into paying 16800 rupees for Assisted Property Search(APS)and legal verification.One Sunil calling himself a senior executive talked me into hiring their APS and legal services
and assigned one dumb girl called Prashantini to help me search a property in Bangalore.She did nothing.I found the property listings in Quikr and Magicbricks listings, contacted the agent of the seller and negotiated the price.
This Prashantini and her big boss Suni lneither take my calls nor do the negotiation on my behalf.For courtesey sake they call once a day and that's it.I searched for the property, negotiated with the agent over the price and found
a Property lawyer in Bangalore to see through the papers.He charged me only 5000 Rs whereas these frauds at IndiaProperty.com made me pay 16800Rs.I lost my hard earned money and got no services also.One Sunil
representing that company was so rude and nasty after the payment was made.I tell you all those who are looking for property to buy or sell.find a good agent or look into the ads given in various portals like magicbricks, Indiahom
quikr, or even in newspapers, contact the agent, go see the property, i[censored] like it, or shortlist it for purchase, collect the photocopy of the property papers and titles, find a good lawyer in your own city to look into the papers and proceed
with the negotiation.there is no need for scoundrels and scamsters like this Indiaproperty.com to interfere or make money at our expense.Luckily i hope to recover the money i wasted on this Indiaproperty.com when my property

Indiaproperty.com is run by a bunch of frauds.One person Sunil who calls himself a Senior executive first coned me into paying 1688 rupees to avail theirAssisted property services(APS)and legal services.

I was so desperate to buy a property in Bangalore and i did not know how, so i paid 16800Rs to india property.com.They assigned one dumb girl by name Prashantini and after payment of the money, they started getting rude.My

their company is reputed.how old is the company?I have seen better companies like the Mallya Group eat dust.I tell you all those who want to sell or buy a property, search the listings in various portals like Magicbriks, Quikr,

Indiahomes etc, shortlist the ones youd like to see, contact their agent, go for viewing the properties, chosse one or two, bring the photocopy of the property papers and show them to alawyer for verification.It will cost you only 5000 Rs to get

to get them checked.Then negotiate the price of property with the agent and proceed.No need to waste money on frauds like these Indiaproperty.com and arrogant people like Sunil.I lost precious money.

After i posted the previous comments about poor service by IndiaProperty.com, immediately they called me to listen to my complaints.When i expressed my dissatisfaction about their response after payment of 16800rs, they
apologised and handed over my profile to Jennifer.I must say this time i got a good response and service from them.Although i wasted Rs.6700/ on Assisted Property search because i never utilised that service and it was non refundable,
their legal services for which i had paid Rs10, 000/did not go wasted.After consultation with their chosen lawyer who is resourced from Vakil Search, which is a reliable source, my property papers were verified and returned with the
lawyer's opinion.Even though my property search was found from another portal which i personally persued, i am satisfied by the India property's
legal cell services.

i wish to share my horrible experience with India property

i had availed India property search assistance by enrolling for assisted property in November 2014 and paid Rs 6742, for the standard package i was allotted a personal manager by name Dhanya, but the home suggested by the manager was not in accordance with my requirements, i had received only one set of recommendations consisting of 4 homesi propertyi had rejected out rightly and two homes chosen for site visit did not go as planned . Upon raising the issue and requesting for additional homes to be shown i was not given any recommendations.
so i had sent sent a mail on 07/12/2014 to cancel my package and refund the remaing amount for two months ( Ticket ID - 139818 ) after that there was no response and had sent a reminder mail on 24/12/2014 [ticket id 146061] and their customer rep called up and promised to escalate the issue and give response but so far i have not received any communication from India property.
This is very unprofessional and unethical of India property and i feel i have been cheated .

i request consumers to be aware of this fraudulent company and their customer support not to mention their help in searching homes. i also request the competent authority to blacklist this company and enforce them for the refund.

I have done the payment through cheque { Plz refer the snapshot No. 1 } Amount was Rs. 3000/- I want to sell my Vasai Gala and so I have posted a free ad. on indiaproperty.com website. After sometime I got a call from Rana Madam saying that they have number of buyers who will be interested in buying your property for that you have to pay Rs. 3000/- to us and than we will give you the genuine buyers who will be interested in buying the property. I told her that I will inform you as I don't trust on this thing and I was afraid that my Rs. 3000/- will get waste. But she assures me the best service and guaranteed me that if your property will not sold out in 2 months than we will give u the extension period of 1 more month. The biggest mistake I did is that I Trust that fake & lier women...! I insisted my boss to pay her the amount and he agreed, so we did the payment { As my boss was pretty sure that after taking the money they will never call us, surprisingly he was right }. After getting the payment she stopped calling us for anything. I upfrontly called her and she said ok she will send the person for clicking the photos. And than she send her person, photos were uploaded after some days. And my property got registered on 25th Dec 2014 Again I waited for some more day, again did not get any call.. so I called her again and she gave me one number of the interested client, as I called that client he said he was not interested in any gala.. I thought they might have given me the number by mistake. So informed Rana madam again.. she told me to wait for some days, she said she have 3-4 clients and will give the details asap. Again I waited for 10 days but same thing repeated she did not called. I called her again and asked her she gave me one more number and told this buyer is interested and again the things repeated, the person was not interested in property. I informed her again and she said me to wait 1 more day. From that day I am still waiting its more than a month. whenever I call on the above given number which belongs to rana Madam, other Madam receives the calls and give stupid excuses like she is in a meeting, she has gone for a lunch, not on desk, not available now will tell her to call back and many of the times no one picks my call. { have done more than 100 calls u can check the record for your reference } Is this the service you give your customer. I[censored] cant handle the client than y don't u change ur staff. I have also complained on the bangalore number which is on your site they told me that my property is not registered with them and I will get a call back in 24 hours. still waiting when their 24 hours will complete and I will get a call back { Its now more than a week. sending you the snapshot of mail for your reference plz go thru snapshot no. 2 } all ur staffs are lazy i think or else after taking money from clients they don't bother abt the service.

I am, the business women, handles 2 business at a time but have not done this ever with any of my clients. It is not the matter of money, it is the matter of time. I have wasted my time in calling and complaining again and again but no one turns up, This is the last complaint I am doing and I hope this time I will get the reply for sure. willwait for one more week and will see what you people will don to solve my problem. I want the refund this time. Thats all I want I cant trust on any online services now. magicbricks and 99acres are 1000 times more better in service than your staffs. I wills suggest u to fire that Rana mam and keep other staff and I guarantee this that she may be doing this to all the clients but no one complaints coz Rs. 3000 is not a big amount, the easiest way for your staff is to take the money and avoid the people.

I am also facing the same problem. They took money forcebly by false promises { they are well trained for this thing } called them more than 100 times in last 15 days but no one turns up. Beware with indiaproperty. I have wasted my Rs. 3000 and valuable time behind this people and don't want anyone to waste their time and money. They don't even provide their office address so that we can visit if they did not receive the calls. The lady from whom I from whom I got Cheated is { Rana : Contact no. [protected] } she is a big liar and she knows very well how to do this fraud.. this people takes the money and than ignore your calls or in case luckily your call will be received than again u will get stupid excuses and they promise for calling u back but they never do this. Magicbricks & 99acres are 1000 times better than this people { Indiaproperty } at least their service is good. Damm frustrated and irritated now with their pathetic service. My complaint is solved my indiaproperty after posting the comments over here, I am now satisfied with the action which they took for me and now I don't have any complaints regarding them. Happy with the service now :)

India property’s Assisted property is a fraudulent company. They promise to keep you posted with the properties of your interest but they wont. Don’t use their paid service.

I am form Maharashtra and I am writing this 2 months later after registering for paid service with them. I have paid Rs3000. My money is lost and also my happiness. I am frustrated with the fake promises of assisted property.

Assisted property is cheat.

I was first contacted by santosh who forced me to use paid service. After so much hesitation and promises from santosh I have accepted to go with paid service. I have been allocated santosh as my property manager and the properties she shared is only he didnt call me single time after activation and before i use to get 4 to 5 calls daily.

Hence I have raised a complaint to close my paid service and refund my amount.

After a while sanosh called me (claiming that is going to work on my property)and asked for a extended time within which he has promised to sale my property with in next two weeks, but he too failed to meet the deadline of two months.

Dont believe India property’s assisted property.

India property Assisted Property Service is a cheating company/team, fraud company. Please think about their motto by simple terms on what do they benefit/profit on. They do not have any offline database or any team working on field. Please do think multiple times before making any payment and i would request you not to repeat the mistake done by most o[censored]s. They celebrate on your registrations with Assisted Property and not for your registration on a property, As they do not really help you in finding (no real profit) a property of your preference.

First thing they do is convince you for registration and being an NRI it is very easy to get convinced as we hope and wish to get some good property deal of our choice. Once you make a deal and pay the money, you will start seeing the real side of their options. This organization works from Chennai and they have people who are fluent in and from different languages of the choices they have.

I am from Middle east and have been looking for a site in Hyderabad for immediate construction to build an house for my family. I was really very happy with the chat i had and got convinced by their description of services they would provide. Unfortunately i had realized the truth at a later stage. Information shared by these guys/services is totally wrong as they do online search and copy past the same details. Also, locality information/property details shared are not correct and they do not even respond to your queries raised. They would always consider minimum side of size preference and higher side of money value for an easy search.

I have given my expectations before registering and i have been raising concerns also regarding the choices/options I had. I was informed and told that they have lot of agents working on the field evaluating the properties. But in fact they do not have any big team but only 2 people who have been recently recruited with no field experience and are available in office. They only do the online research and survey and refer the same properties to us as a big time. People recruited in office do not have even any vehicles to go around for checking the properties and i am not sure how would they do field work evaluating properties. Not sure, how only 2 of them would do the job for such a big organization and for so many customers. Review shown on the site are really concerning to me as they would definitely mislead lot of customers in getting convinced. I as NRI was ask to pay 10, 000 INR where in INDIAN residents would pay 3000 INR only. I also raised a concern regarding the differentiation in charges and they have given some stories.

I would request all you my friends not to get into this TRAP of Assisted Property Services from India Property. They are of no help but instead are a lot of pain and additional stress for no reason. They only have people sitting in Chennai office and do lot of calls and follow up for getting registered and no actual team working on field and there is no offline database. They use lot of tricks to get you convinced and i would suggest and request you to think multiple times before you register.

I am a seller and I registered through india properties.com in mumbai andheri and I wish to state the pathetic services they offer.. They don't answer the phone calls neither do they call back... their andheri office gave false promises on providing us with data of prospective buyers and once we registered, the staff seems to have disappeared and not responding to calls / email... the staff by name ROHIT / VIKAS at andheri east mumbai have not responded to any calls made to them neither do they call back.. All promises made before registration is fake and have an intention of cheating people.. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND.. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO IT.. All are requested to be aware and careful, not to choose INDIA PROPERTIES.COM..

Don’t trust India Property for your any kind of flat deal. They will keep on insisting you to take their paid services. I am suffering after opting for these services. Their Employee name “Junaid” mob number [protected] cheated me for Rs.2000.

I filled their form on 1st Feb 2016 and till now they haven’t sent any customers to purchase my flat, whereas at the time of enrolment Junaid had promised me he will sell my flat within a month.

They don’t have any clients but they will still lie and cheat you !!!

Keep away from these fraudsters “India Property” Remember the name “Junaid – [protected]”. They don’t even bother to take our calls.

I have been cheated by INDIAPROPERTY.COM. I am a seller and have registered my property on their website paying 2000 rupees for gold listing of three months. I was forcefully convinced by MR ASHIMPIR and Sangeeta before registering that they had customers from bangalore and hubli eagerly waiting to buy and it has been 15days since i have paid and only 2 leads have been informed and both the leads are of BROKER who asks 5% to try n make my property sell. So i suggest people who are being dragged into this please move on and try OLX instead.

waste customer service they wont pick the call, they are posting wrong information when we call them they will give some other information. the seller is not responding properly and talking like not interested
