[protected]@ICICI — they taken my money for recharge but not recharged my no.

I had make a payment of 309 for recharging my number of jio. [protected]@icici send me a request for sending money through upi I then approved it and money is deducted from my bank account. But the mobile was not recharged yet. They are cheating the consumer. And these payment upi system is very bad working process because after approving the request they forgot to done your work. i also contact to my bank but not resolve the query
so, i don't where i do raise my complaint of payment gateway of [protected]@icici.
