I saw an ad on olx of iphone 6 32gb and i was interested in buying that phone, i then messaged him and asked his phone no. And other details he said his name was jaikishan and working in chandigarh airport and he send me his id details such as aadhar card and canteen cards and i believed all that and then i gave him around 20000 because as i thought he is an army man so he won't lie at all he gave me 100% sureity but later on he didn't picked up my calls.
But after 2-3 days i called him and he picked up my call said i know i have taken your money and come to the airport take the money.
But there was no jaikishan working.
Now also he has no fear of anyone.
Now the proud, the trust i had on my indian army is less than zero...
Now i just hate these...

I was looking for mobile phone on olx and saw ad of phone given by army man vikram at rs-25000... He said he is in morbi now so if i want to buy phone he can send it to me and as the phone is coming from army post i have pay advance... As he introduced himself as army person and sent his army and military canteen card i trusted him and gave 2000rs.. But he didn't contact after getting money... I am having his id records... But as i noticed this scam is not new... The same type of complaints from different state have been posted to this site... I think military is not interested to catch this game as its shamfull to army only because i only trusted him as he said he is from army and gave him money in advance because we local people trust army... And that man is taking advantage of our trust on army and making money by fraud... But no one doing nothing... I don't know who i should blame... That fraud jai kishan, my self that i trust my army as common man or this system of police...

This is a suggestion to update the indian arrmy, navy and air force flag's of india because they are outdated and still represent the jack of the union jack of britain and it is not original. I also want to mention that not many people know of the current flags and hence will also help the army's public relations and can be easily recognised. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak on this subject.

I saw an iphone 6s plus add on olx. I called him and he said that he is an army man and gave me all his identification cards. I trusted him because i thought that an army man wont cheat anyone. I sent 21500rs and he is not responding now.. Plzzz plzzz get me my money back.. I am so much depressed. Plz solve this problemm.. I want my money back.. I have a serious greviance against one praveen kumar who works in the Indian Army post room in Delhi.
I bought a phone from Dr.Timare Tej kumar ID number 17033390M and paid him via Paytm an amount of Rupees 13500/- at given number [protected]
Now I was told that the parcel has reached Delhi via a telephonic call and also sent a video. The name of the caller was one Praveen Kumar who said that i have to pay Rs.6000/- as insurance for the phone to be delivered to me within 2 hours. This was on 7th August 2018. This will be refunded in case the phone is in perfect condition. I told him that i do not have money in my Paytm account he asked me for my debit or credit card. I on Army's trust gave it to Mr. Praveen kumar who fraudulently took out Rs.15, 500/- from my account . Now when i contacted Dr. Timare tej Kumar he said he does not know anything and warned me not to disturb him in future. He was very angry and was not at all polite. Also till yesterday Parveen kumar was picking up phone but was speaking in a threatening tone and since today he is not even picking up phone. i am a poor person and out of all the institutions i have been Cheated in the name of the Army. Hello, sir i saw an ad on olx and there i found anyone selling iphone 6s 64 gb rose gold colour and claiming that i will replace ur old phone by iphone 6s and took only 1500 rupees extra.The agreement was agreed and finally he ask me to make 500 rupees courier charges as ur parcel will be delivered till evening on the same day .Finally i make a 500 rupees payment and then he send me receipt of indian army post before this he asked me that product will be delivered by Overnite express...after receiving receipt he asked me again for 500 but i refused this time
So plz take a strict action against these fraudulent people

As a respected citizen of india would like to inform you that as i truly respect our indian army a man decieved me by the name of indian army by posting a iphone ad on olx as we connected through olx by giving the detail of indian army and trusted him blindly. He asked me to pay the amount of ₹5000/- via paytm and my old phone will be replaced with the iphone and a deal was agreed. Later on he agreed and was courier by the overnite express courier and would reach the courier by 24hrs. I got a call from delivery person and he asked me to pay ₹1800/- as a overtime penalty charges by the company and he informed when you would pay i will deliver the parcel to respected address and i paid the amount via paytm.
I request to indian army team to take a strict action against this person as this guy is decieving many other persons and the army name would be ashamed with all this fraud done by the gang.
I wish as he make shame of indian army for he should be punished badly and a strict and immediate investigation shall be tracked immediately.

I was looking for oneplus 5t on olx. There i found this person selling oneplus 5t at just rs.17000 and only 4 months old. This made me curious but after talking to him he claimed about being an indian army official which tried to assure me. Then he said that i have to do the half payement and the product will be delivered by tomorrow. I was feeling this thing suspicious so was not feeling to do the payement. Then he sweared of ganga mata, apni vardi ki kasam kha rha hu, desh se gaddari thodi krunga. After hearing this i was about to do to payement, but my incomplete kyc of paytm saved me. I said that my paytm isn't working then he said that send ur atm card photo and tell me the otp which will appear on your phone. This thing confirmed that it is fraud.
God saved my money im grateful for that, and i want you all to don't get caught in this trap.

We have one daughter. She gonna turn one this thursday august 9th. Its very important a father should be there for 1st birthday.
He requested for leave from the month of march 2018 that he need leave on august 1st week. Now the higher officials is not approving the leave.
Definitely i understand there is some strong reason for it. However, his colleagues are going for leave and coming back recently. Why not my husband. Is there personal vengeance on my husband. Is that because of his rank he is degraded.
A scenario to all officials - when my daughter grow up. If she asks "mummy where is dad on my first birthday" just think empathize her feelings. She will be most broken person that.

So i kindly request you reach out kathua unit and approve leave for my husband immediately. Please take immediate action.
Please note he is been in army for 15 years.
But still no respect for his request.

I saw an ad on olx.in a guy name naveen singh tomar selling his phone for rs9000 i talked to him and he shared his number with me we had a phone conversation, and we decided that he will parcel the phone at i'll pay the courier charges. He shared all his document with me like his adhaar card, crpf id card, and the indian army parcel slip. He is si/t in crpf. After some time he called me and asked me to send rs1050 in advance and the rest of the amount
After receiving the phone i agreed on that too i sent him rs 1050 via paytm.
After a few hours, he called me again and ask for the rest of the payment, i sent him the leftover amount also via paytm. Again after some time, he asked me for rs4150 for the insurance in which i will get rs4000 back, i also agreed on that too and send the amount also via paytm and he called me again too and asked for rs1500 for security deposit and now i declined the offer and asked to return my rs13200 back via paytm he refused because he was saying his paytm mobile number is blocked now he can't make any transaction so he asked me to give him my paytm account so that he can add money from his card to my account first i was not prepared to share my paytm account credentials with him but there was no other option in front of me so i arranged a zero balanced paytm account [protected] and give him the password too he asked me the otp.
Even now i haven't received i single penny from his side.

Sir/ i've ordered an iphone 6s 128 gb from olx through an army men in jaisalmer (Rj) for a price of 14000, named as jai kishan
He said the phone will reach in 24 hours through army courier and said first send money to paytm he wasnt willing to give his bank account nmbr when i asked him and refused to be paid on cash on delivery
I send him 7000 rs and said the next half ill be giving when i get my phone. The next day courier person (Overnite express as said by them) called me and said its showing incomplete payment in their computer so i will have to pay the full money to them so i send the balance 7000 to him, after a while i got a call again from the courier person saying that the mobile has been insured of rs 7550 so i will have to pay for it when i asked the army person he said that give him anyway u will get your money back when mobile reaches to me which i refused because i didnt said him for any insurance nor do he informed it to me earlier. And said to him give me phone or my money back which he is refusing now. Later on i checked all the nmbr through which he and the overnite express courier person called in whats app which shows all their profile picture is of army person from whome i purachased
I have sent the details as photos including the id s which he provided to me

Sir its my humble request to you to please bring him under the law and give me justice its not only for my but for other peoples out there who are going to be in his target for the next time

Hi i am uday from hyderabad. I saw add through olx (Samsung galaxy s7 edge) and i chat with him. He saying he is in indian army introduced himself as vikram. He said i want to sell phone.
Provided his adhaar card. Asked me to send 4000 initial amount so that he will courier me the phone. I have sent him 4000 rupees through paytm. And the next day the courier boy called me sir u have to pay 5000 he said he is nearby me. Once i pay 5000 he will meet me to deliver the product. Then i asked him to come to my place then only i will transfer the remaining balance. He was refusing to meet me and asking to transfer the amount. So i realized that i was trapped. So i raised complaint in olx. And i went to near by police station to file a case against it. But the police people are not ready to take the complaint and saying its 4000 only. Leave it, we have many firs for murder cases. We don't have time for these small cases.
Sir, pls take immediate steps against him. I have all his numbers and adhaar card (Not sure how correct they are)

I am worried that i have provided my adhaar card to him and i don't know where he will use that. Please take this case as serious so that others will not suffer.

And he told that he is stationed on the border of bikaner. The price of mobile was fixed in ₹ 13500. Send me the letter and address card of my army canton. And mobile bill also sent. All the forms that are kept safe with me. He said that i will send the mobile to the army through a courier. He named him overnight express limited. Whose sleep is safe with me. To send a parcel he asked me 3000 ₹ 3000 in ower petam account. The next day a call from a parcel mane. After sending the remaining amount to it mobile parcel promise promised. After sending many. She asked me ₹ 5550 and asked me. Whatever he has to tell for insurance. When i refused to give him the money, then off your mobile phone. I am with that army man whose name was vikram patel, i requested a lot of money back but he did not block it and he blocked me.
All these people are pressing the name of the army. Therefore, this matter should be taken seriously. And help me my contact no [protected].

He has transferred money from his buddies account when he was posted in hydrabad as ge.

He has made court case of his wife and obtained sign by giving 5000 rs to court guy in nasik. He has givine money to relatives for properties also.

Please make sure army name does not get bad in common people.

I saw add on olx where it was posted about samsung s8+ mobile,
I asked him about his phone number, he replied on his olx account. Next day he sent me photo details on my watsapp number about courier details. Then i have
Transfered 15000 into his paytm account, next day courier guy called me and asked to pay 5150 as a security amount to bsf canteen paytm account so he can deliver mobile at my residence, i again transferred 5150 rs. Then he called me and said he can deliver only if amount of rs 2740 i been paid so that he can attempt delivery after working hours. I transfered 2740 rs to bsf canteen paytm account. Then delivery boy switched off his phone and seller is not receiving calls.

This is serious threat to our trust in army. I have seen similar complaints but it looks like army is not serious about them.

He said he is in army and send me his photo along with canteen I'd card. He also send me the pic of the phone. He said me to pay an advance, so that he can generate an transaction I'd from post office. I paid him 2000 via paytm. I have the transaction I'd. Next day another guy called me( delivery boy) and told me to pay the rest amount. Than only he will come to me to deliver the phone. After paying 12500, he told me to pay 14200 regarding insurance( which will be refunded he said after delivery). I also paid that amount. Now he is telling me that last transaction is not successful and I have to send 7100 again. I refused to pay the money again. Now I am calling the guy and he is not picking up my phone. I am writing this to inform you all that i am an employee working in a corporate, wanted to share the most important instance that happened to me in this month.

Introduction:
I actually wanted to buy a second hand car for my family, so i had opted olx.in as medium to see the cars that is available in a cheaper price. I actually found one car maruti suzuki swift bearing the registration no. (Ka 51 mf 4230). The owner of the car was mr. Anand babu from varthur, bangalore. So we tried to call him and he shared all required documents including (Rc card/aadhar card/driving license) and he also shared the video of the interior & exterior of the car.

We spoke to him over the call, but his language did not seem to be a kannadiga but rather sounded like a north indian who spoke superb hindi, when asked and enquired he told he is a karnataka guy but currently in delhi had come here for road laying contract work. Later when we negotiated about the price and the final price was agreed on 2, 30, 000/- only. He told he wanted 15k extra to bring the car to bangalore from delhi. Since the car was available for the best price we did not wanted to miss the deal. Hence we agreed to pay 3k as advance to him.

In turn he also agreed and asked us to do paytm for 3k on this following mobile number (+91 [protected]). This number belongs to a guy called mohammed shakir, we saw his whatsapp profile pic. He was in an army dress. Later the next day, he called us back and stated that he was on his way back to bangalore and the tyre of the car blasted and requested to paytm 2k more to another number (+91 [protected]). We had requested him to share the invoice copy of the tyre, he refused to share the same.

Later the next day, we called him to check that where has he reached. He told that he is in “kamareddy, telangana” and asked us to paytm more 1.5k urgently stating he was running out of cash to reach bangalore. We denied to pay him more but he was like taking god’s promise and all stuff, we had to believe him and give 1.5k. We had done paytm to this following number (+91 [protected]).

After this in total we have given 6500/- only to them through paytm. Later i called him and asked where are you he said he is still in kamareddy and asked to pay more 3k. I strictly refused to pay the amount and asked to returm back our money.
Then after doing some analysis we found that they are two guys dressed in army uniform.

2. Mohammed shakir - mobile no. (+91 [protected])

Both of them refused to pay the money back and started to abuse us in a very bad language. I do have the entire chat history where he has abused me so badly for asking my money back.

Later today evening i had called to the number which was available on the aadhar card. It was anand babu who had picked up the call and told that yes i had put up an ad on olx and my car got sold 6 month back.

We found that these 2 people dressed in an army uniform have forged mr. Anand babu’s document and tried to cheat us. I really do not know whether they belong to the army or not. But these guys in the photo are dressed in an army uniform and they also claimed that they belong to z-army group.

I really wanted to share this since i really respect and love my indian army to the core. They are those people who make our life so peaceful and protect our nation and country 24/7. This incident done by these guys in the army uniform disturbed me so much. So i just thought i will share this incident so that everyone is aware.
More over 6.5k is a very small amount but that uniform has a great respect and dignity and i really value that, my intention is not to humiliate any one. Since it’s a matter my indian army so i had to highlight this here.

I am also posting their whatsapp photos of these two people who cheated us and took 6.5k, request the dignitaries and the authorities to take the right action against them.
