Indian Army Transport Parcel Department — Phone fraud

My name is 'aashish gupta ' from bazpur udham singh nagar bazpur. I saw iphone 6s on olx which was of 7000. So i message to him that i want the i phone so he share his mobile number then i called him he told that the he is in delhi army. Then he sad i will parcel the product by indian army transport department then i aggred it he said you have to pay some amount then i paid ₹1000 in his paytm account. Then next day which was 15/06/2020 in the morning i got call received from the him that you have to pay the phone amount which was ₹7000 before the the delivery then i paid that money to his paytm. Then after few hours around 11 am the delivery man call me then said i reached to your location firstly you have to pay the insurance of parcel which was ₹7150 then i paid ₹7000 then he call me that you had paid only ₹7000 you have to pay ₹7150 agian he told me this money is only taken for insurance policy the whole money will be returned to you at the time of parcel delivery he said i am coming in few hours. Then i totally in the morning i paid ₹14150. Then after few hours he told me that i forgot to tell you about the insurance policy that you have to pay the double amount of insurance which was ₹14300 then i paid that money also he said that all money will be returned at the time of delivery. Then after few minutes he ask me to pay ₹14300 again he told me that you will get this whole money ₹42600 at time of delivery. Then i got something fraud is happening with me. That last money i do not paid 14300. Before this i had paid the total amount ₹35450.
