Indian Bank — amazon showed refund initiated but it did not came to my bank account | |||||
My name is Bidisha Moulick and I had ordered Product No.1 of Rs1749 [order date- 28/09/19, reference number[protected]] and Product No.2 of Rs621 & Product No.3 of Rs449 [order date- 28/09/19, product no.2 reference number[protected] & product no.3 reference number[protected] ] i.e total of Rs. 2819 from Amazon.in and I returned this orders due to personal reason. And on date 10/10/19 (product no.1) & 10/26/18 (product no.2 & 3) my refund was initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number which I mentioned above for all the 3 products and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. I also went to the branch of my bank and talked with the Branch Manager about this problem and he told me that Amazon has not send any money to your bank account. So Sir/Maam please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I came to know about this website very late but still I hope it will be helpful.
