Indian Bank — Amount Debited From My Account During ONLINE Purchase without Order Confirmation | |||||
I Was Trying to purchase GT Gala Watch online from SNAPDEAL On 24.02.2017 Amount Rs.648.00 Was Debited from my bank account but the order was not confirmed.i was pulling from both ed from SNAP DEAL and INDIAN BANK.After a Month Of Followup i received a confirmation mail from snapdeal the they have already reverted the payment of rupees RS.648.00 and again i made a complaint in INDIAN BAnk regarding this issue. they said that it will take time now 1.5 months over but no replies from indian bank and again i made online complaint no.: IBCWE[protected] on 27-03.2017 .But replies with incorrect data instead of snapdeal enquiry they have mentioned as shopclues and also there was a late due to repeated leave.
