Amazon has initiated refund for 2 products 319.00 & 270.00 in which 270.00 is never processed by indian bank till now. I am supposed to get it before 19 august. The refund reference number for both the products is 573970 & 573970. Since the number is same for both the products only one refund i got. When contacted indian bank also response from bank side. Kindly process the refund of 270.00

The internet banking website is not working.. I am trying to transfer money, but not able to.The page till transaction password is working.the steps following that are not working properly...

    I had placed an order for avena kurta and highlander shirt for 502 and 628 respectively from myntra!
    As i didn't like the product i returned it nd myntra customer care told that they ve initiated the refunded on 1.08.2019, 06.08.2019, they told refund is done by their side but it's doesn't show iny bank account!
    I request u to pls check it nd refund it as soon as possible!

      I've ordered some products on 9th August, 2019 in Amazon and I paid the total amount online through a debit card of Indian Bank. But Amazon's delivery boy/agent was unable to deliver the products. So I cancelled the order and wanted to get my refund on 12th August. My refund was initiated by Amazon on 13th August, 2019 at 9am (IST) and also they have given me a refund reference number regarding this matter ( refund reference number : YKFI98M70000JYHI5B7N) . Till date ( 27th August, 2019) I don't get my refund. My earnest request to you sir/madam please follow up the matter and help me to get the refund in my account. Your help and assistance is needed.

            I have purchased a phone from amazon on july 30 by making payment of 9799 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on aug 13 with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they didnt give any proper response for this. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Kindly look into the issue and refund my money at the earliest please.

              As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on aug 13 and the reference no is[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] its still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Then again yest i registered ibcwe[protected]. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                Sir, i used indian bank atm card for withdrawing the amount of rs. 8000 in axis bank atm machine at mallasamudram, namakkal (D. T) on 22nd august 2019. Amount was not coming but that amount was debited from my account. Kindly refund the amount of rs. 8000 to my account as earlier as possible. I approached the bank they not responding proper manner.                       Yesterday, i was trying to withdraw money around 1 pm from atm machine but the transaction error/failure occurred with the message as services unavailable. Afterword, around 7:13 pm i received text message that amount of rs.200 withdrawn from atm id:va199802 mc ashram road, ahmedab which was failed actually.

                      Kindly check the issue as i have not received the same due to transaction failure but the same is debited by default from my account.

                        I ordered cello flask for rs.759 on amazon on 9 th august 2019 using indian bank debit card *0599. And i cancelled it on 9th august 2019. After15 days completed but still my refund amount is not credited in my account. I asked the amazon customer service they told me the refund process is completed. And they give the refund reference number to check the process. The refund reference number is 570540. So please convey my regards to using the refund reference number and please clear my refund processing to credit my account.

                          I wanted to withdraw rs.7, 000/- (Rupees seven thousand only) from state bank of india atm, madipakkam branch, chennai id no.05199001 in the afternoon on 22/8/2019 with my indian bank atm card no.[protected].

                          The said amount was not disbursed by atm. Instead i got a message that unable to process the transaction. I got a sms later in the evening on 22/8/2019 that rs.7, 000/- withdrawn from the above transaction.

                          It appears that due to some network failure in the system in the said atm the money was not disbursed. I request you to kindly refund rs.7, 000/- to my savings bank a/c no.[protected] karol bagh branch, new delhi urgently please.

                                    I have done shopping from myntra and because of some reason i had to return the product. Payment was done by me from my indian bank debit card so myntra refunded the amount to my indian bank account but it is not showing in it. I had a conversation with customer care and they're not helping me in any way.

                                    I hope you guys will help me.

                                      Am. Manoj moses. S a indian bank saving account holder of m. K. B nagar vyasarpadi chennai. On august 9/2019 i return the lenovo a 1000 battery to amazon.in, it cost rs789 immediately from amazon refund but not credited in to my account. Further i contact the local branch manager but not have response hence am requesting charge dispute to claim my refund amount rs789. Will help me credit.in my account.
