When I went to bank at 2.30 PM there is a no body at cash counter and I asked to assist. Manager she told he went for lunch

As per your rule Indian Bank employees go to lunch on a rotational basis so that business is not hampered during working hours. The lunch timings are around 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. You can visit the bank during this hour to avail any of the services.

    I have ordered lotto shoes and same day i have on 31 may and amazon refund date wast 1 june amazon service is telling that we have refund it in your account but your bank has to reflect in your account indian bank is also not taking and action against my refund.still i have not received my refund i am complaining more than 3 times please refund it My reference number is[protected]

        I was ordered a uv protection computer eye wear but I cancelled my order on that day also but till now I couldn't get my refund of amount 289 . But the amount was already debited from my bank

          I Order from a product from flipkart of Rs:-469/- the payment was made thorigh debit card, I return the product and the refund was initiated on the same day i.e 4 june 2019 on my debot card and its now 12 days that the redund is not reflected on the Indian bank savings account . The Bank Transaction ID- QUR[protected].

          Please look into the matter .

            I Reena Kumari customer no.[protected] today reached Indian Bank Kokar Ranchi Branch at 1:55PM to operate my account. But Bank Guard bearing dress of Time security has stopped me entering the bank premises with a word lunch time. When I tried to open the Grill Gate the guard heated me brutally. At 2PM accountant came out from branch premises but he passed without saying a word. Just after that another bank staff Mr Roshan came out from branch premises and threaned me lodge your complaint where you can lodge, I will not permit you entering in branch premises. Then I made a call to controlling office on phone no.[protected]. From where I received a response wait for 2 minutes. This 2 minutes waiting is still continuing.

              On[protected] i have started a savings account from kerelapuram branch kerela. I deposited 1000 rupees and opened the account. They given me an insta card and told me that yourself can generate the pin it seems. But once i m trying means it is showing transaction declined like that. I tried in home branch as well as in bangalore. Actually i m working here so i dont know what to. Please do the needfull..

                    Sir, I tried to book train ticket (tatkal) through IRCTC mobile app on 30/05/2019, transaction failed due to no seat available. But, amount detected from my account . I waited two days for refund amount. After that, On[protected] I received mail from IRCTC, with details of

                          As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but the order was canceled, so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 03/06/2019 and the reference refund no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. . As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                            Respect sir, karamadai-641104, Indian bank atm s1KD0182 not properly working, money not come from that machine but message shows u have debited...please do some action for that.then banking staffs are not responding...illiterate people how can able to find this type Of things...please do some action.
                            Network are too slow. They didn't send any notification regarding credit and debit details.
                            Plsss do some action otherwise you lose your customers

                              I went to Indian bank vikravandi branch at 12Pm, and the branch manager Sir is worst behaving and speaking very badly to every one customer. He is treating the customer very badly, please take necessary against him, He told that go and complaint to any one (Evan kitta onna sollu – like that in Tamil language) I observe and watch for some times after i get back from branch before complete my work, I think really he is is not good and speaking badly to the customers
                              He does know the mannerism and value of the the post, I request you to kindly take action to him

                                    I have purchased headphone from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 2, 955 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund onwith refund reference number of[protected] They even shared transaction id on my request - 1111wy7h4srr5oh6wy4bomyc1. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      My name is Rakshita, from Gulbarga Karnataka. I have opted for educational loan in Ur bank for my abroad studies...submitted the application with all the documents with originals on 26/5/19. It's been more dan month my loan isn't getting approved. The manager told it has been sent to head office and and they are delaying it for don't wat reason!!
                                      I am really running late for visa, as am going for fall intake i.e., sept for my master's in Canada.
                                      Please get the loan sanction at the earliest.

                                        Refund Was Processed From The Company But Not Reflected In The Account.

                                        I Had Ordered Two Products From Flipkart But Unfortunately I Had To Cancel It.
                                        Flipkart Started The refund process on the day same day as of cancellation and mentioned that it will be processed till 10th june 2019.

                                        i have confirmed in flipkart that they have sent the refund in the bank but in my bank account the refund is still missing.

                                        I have purchased Jio Sim in Relience showroom. They are used my card twice but machine were not worked . I have paid 498 cash in hand. But in my card the amount billed twice. Rs. 498 two times. Kindly refund and resolve the issue.
