I had made an online purchase in amazon and paid the amount of rs 8499 to amazon, but due to some reason the purchase has been cancelled and amazon had initiated the refund process on 22nd april. The same has not been returned to my indian bank ac no: [protected]. Request you to check and advise my refund status asap.

I ordered mobile in flipkart by using my debit card, and i canceled my order on 18/04/2019 and from flipkart they refunded the money on 19/04/2019 but till date i didn't get my money. I placed an order from amazon by using atm card and i return it but refund amount is not credited yet and when contact with amazon customer care executive they give me a reference code and said that ask your bank customer care executive member and i reached bank customer care executive they said they can't anything by using that reference code so i am complaining a problem here to resolve my problem...

But amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side...

Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
