    File charge dispute against my refund from amazon.

    The order get cancelled and refund which i have to be received is due on 24 april
    By till date no. Refund
    A person who is bank declining to charge dispute form
    They are asking to put statement by amazon... But amazon told me that they have initiated refund to bank and bank given them a reference no. Which i stated above... The amazon said that they are clear from their side...
    I hope u will resolve this problem

      refund problem from razorpay to my account

      30001091139097129282781 is my arn number of my refund. Money has been debited from my account and i have not received a refund. Hello please resolve this.

      I have purchased belt from amazon on 24.03.2019 by making payment of rs.560 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 09.04.19 with refund reference number of 75503729101028582798879. They even shared transaction id on my request i visited branch for solution and they contacted bill desk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

        As i made transaction to eb it was failed on 09th april 2019. But the amount was refunded by phonepe the transcation id is t1904092333411218614116 on 12 april 2019, it was not credited to my bank account. So please kindly check
        And credit my refunded amount to my bank account. I attached related copies to you please check and replay soon.

          I purchased a product on 14 march 2019 of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 20th of thi month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected]..
          I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.

            I have placed an order of amnt:rs1198/- in amazon and i returned the item and requested for refund... The refund is issued by the amazon on april6th 2019, and the expected refund date is 11th april 2019, the amazon had refunded the money but it is not credited into my account because of the delay from indianbank...               I hv been initiated a refund of rs. 328 by amazon on 12.4.2019 thru ref. No. 75503729103028631504987 but it is still not credited in account no.[protected]. I hv called customer service so many times but they didn't resolve the matter yet... I also hv filed online complain on their site complaint ref no. Ibcwe[protected] on 23.4.2019 status of which shows completed but amount didn't credited in my account yet. I also given a written request to them regarding this.. But still in vain.

                I purchased a pack to shirts from amazon by paying the amount online that is 649. I have returned the product on 17 april '19 and till date i haven't received my refund i called amazon customer service several times they everytime told me to fill this charge dispute form which i have not heard about it before they provided me the refund reference number and told me to show it in your bank i showed but bank says we have no concern with this reference number they said amazon has not yet sent any refund to the bank
                Please solve my issue

And on contacting amazon after a week they told the amount was initiated to my card but i still didn't get the money.                     Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

As a result, they have initiated the refund and it suppose to be credited to my Indian bank account on or before 25th Apr. So when I called the customer care they told to file a refund dispute. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                    I ordered mobile in flipkart by using my debit card, and i canceled my order on 18/04/2019 and from flipkart they refunded the money on 19/04/2019 but till date i didn't get my money. I called flipkart and they gave the reference number is qur[protected]. I called indian bank customer care but didn't get proper response. Kindly consider it and do the needful
