On 25/12/2021 I ordered an item from amazon, i paid 963 using my debit card and money deducted from my bank.

But, I cancelled the order so, amazob returned my money. By, 30th december the money must reflected in my bank account. But, till today no returned money can be seen in my account. What should I do?
Amazon has given me return reference no to show the bank officials of my branch. I went there but they said they can do nothing and asked me to contact customer care of indian bank. But, they are saying contact to amazon.

This is a cycle going around me. Please check the matter. I will share my account no if required.

This is to confirm that refund for amount 963.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

Refund Reference # 636360

Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount.  If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

I have received the message from amazon, please help me.

    My name is Harishkumar B, I ordered a product in amazon on 24/12/2021 and i was canceled that product for my personal issues canceled date also same 24/12/2021 within one hour that was canceled by my self my amazon order id[protected] after several days i was contact Amazon customer care they are given (refund reference ID: 30005113571357168488605 ) but my bank side they not giving me proper response so please solve my problem, bank name is INDIAN BANK

      I am extremely pissed off from Indian Bank service I have my account in this bank (Chapra, Bihar Branch) from a very long time. Long ago when they were Allahabad Bank still I always face issues whenever my salary gets credited they hold my funds for no reason I have my ongoing emi (for a loan which I took from them) and it's emi is 19000 rupees approx but they hold more than their emi amount like today I got 57300 rupees credited back into my account (for a failed transaction again Indian Bank's fault so this issue was resolved). Then after receiving my funds back 50000 rupees was on hold again!! And that is just disheartening like my emi amount is 19000 rupees you can hold 20000 rupees maximum then why are you guys holding[protected] rupees extra) this is so bad I have to pay for my day to day living and this bank is giving me serious headache I can't spend my own money because of Indian Bank and their employees.

        I ordered a shirt from flipkart, but the size wasnt a fit so i had to return it. So flipkart refunded the money into my indian bank account on 27th december 2021 and was supposed to be credited by 31st december 2021, but it wasnt credited in my account. Flikart has refunded the amount and had shared the reference number 30004613621351152393046 .

          Worst branch worst maintenance worst Employees Worst customer service why should a bank exist kindly close the branch and management and employees especially the lady outside shouting in bad words scolding elderly people and uneducated people. I need a solution asap.

          I am a customer holding an account in that worst branch since it's near. They can't even open their wide mouth to resolve queries or doubts why the hell they are working? Only for money ? The lady near the door in the name of "guiding" uneducated and a worst behavioural how could they employ such ladies? Should I go to reserve Bank and bring higher authorities to close this branch or sweep the current organization?

            I had ordered Factor Notes Notebooks by Indian Bank debit card.
            I then cancelled the order, as I wanted to buy another item with it.
            Amazon processed the refund on 27th Dec 2021 and it was expected to come by 31st Dec 2021
            Amazon sent me a mail with the reference number 30005113611361238407258 but the Indian bank has still not credited my money.

              I did an IMPS Transaction of INR - 57300 Rupees via internet banking. The amount is debited from my bank account but it's not been credited to the beneficiary whom I transferred the amount to kindly resolve this asap. credit my ammount back to my bank account or send it to the beneficiary whom I transferred that money to as it is very urgent. And I am utterly disappointed and disheartened by this I do not expect this type of service from a renowned bank like Indian Bank. I have also added the statement and the debit message which I recieved please resolve this immediately.

              I complained on the Indian Bank cgrs online portal and here after a day or so I got my amount back but it's on hold now and I have complained again for it Indian Bank is not good with their banking experience thanks consumer complaints.in for helping me with this I really appreciate it.

                        I have enter my pin over the number plate in my in my atm but after some time, the display show that " server error".so that i have left the places after some time i just notice my phone, i got the message of debited my money from account. So that i have planed to ask my money back unfortunately i waited 2 days still my not getting my money.
                        Please check the atm machine properly working or not before the day starts(atm is in kanchipuram branch)

                              I have made a transaction through Paytm initiated link and it failed but the deducted amount was not refunded yet. It was happened before 8days. Paytm gas initiated a refund request to Indian bank but till now the amount is not refunded

                                  I have ordered a Mi 11x on 20 Dec 2021 by Indian Bank debit card .Due to other offers I have been Cancelled the order before delivery of the product on 21 Dec 2021. Amazon initiated the refund on 21 Dec 2021 and it was expected to come on 26 Dec 2021

                                      I Punita Nadar a saving account holder in Indian bank account no. 85811705. I took a ticket on 14th Dec 2021 from vasai to churchgate. Payment done through atm card amount debited from my account amounting to rupees 314 till now i had not received the money to my aaccount. Please clarify the issue as soon as possible.
