Dear Sir, I have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was a refund amount initiated from their end on 12th March, 2019 and the reference number is[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date . I have been contacting customer cares but there is no proper response . So Please look into the matter at the earliest.

    As I am a Indian bank custom I want to complain that you want to help me soon pls .when I applying for RRB examination I payed 500rs but its comes transaction failure but amount of 500rs has been debited from my account and payment is not successful. Please check the transaction. Otherwise I will dispute my transaction.so please take some immediate actions and refund my amount as soon as possible . my account is on the phone number:[protected].

      I had ordered i dream doll from amazon and after that cancelled it. But the amount of 479 +479 not get refund to my account. It was cancelled twice.
      Here is refund order no given from amazon that is[protected].
      Plz help me. According to them they are saying that the cancelled amount refunded from there side. Order done on 10 march

        I recently opened indpay.. But i can't able to transfer money.

        I can't able to register beneficiary account details, while submit it's coming like insufficient request.

        So i can't able to transfer money.

        So then, i planned to block and unblock my mobile banking, after that it may work.

        But its blocked successfully but can't unblock again.

        For transfer money and to unblock it's asking otp... But instead of otp it's just replaying the same insufficient request.

        So please unblock my indpay and recover my transaction issues also.

        Plz do it as soon as possible it's urgent.

            Excessively long delay in issuing a new credit card with an enhanced credit limit. The time taken is over 10 months. My sb ac. No. Is[protected] and credit card no. Is [protected]. I had applied once with all the necessary documents as told by the concerned person. Nothing happened for 4 months and the person got transferred. The next person, deepak by name told me to resubmit it. I did so after they had verified everything. Now for the past 6 months nothing has happened. Since they have not increased my credit limit, i am unable to purchase air tickets for my family if i have to go anywhere. This is not the way a bank should work. They lack professionalism and are not even ashamed but keep on exchanging sweet words with me saying that they would look into it. What more can i do

              As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount on 08.03.2019at 09:30 pm and the reference no is:[protected]. But amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care. The product is poco f1 back cover. I am calling the customer care of indian bank they telling that different solution for this refund. And i am telling to the amazon customer care they tell that i want to fill charge dispute form.                 Sub: non receipt of cash on withdrawal from indian bank atm, panagal park branch, t. Nagar, chennai-17-reg.

                I submit the following incident for your kind notice and request investigation in this matter.

                On[protected] i authorised my husband sri. G. Sivakumar to withdraw rs. 25000/- using my indian bank debit card. He went to nearby sbi atm and icici atm in mambalam and tried to withdraw amount.in both the places his request was denied. Finally he went to panagal park indian atm and used the card for withdrawal. After applying correct pin number he received a printed slip saying that his request was unable to process. So he came out from atm. On 14th nov when i went to indian bank to withdraw cash in person i surprise to found from the entries in the passbook showing withdrawal of 25000/- on 12th nov from atm.

                I immediately met the branch manager and narrated the incident and lodged a written complaint. They told they will investigate the matter from the surveillance camera footage. After that i have been constantly enquiring the branch manager whether any clue have been got from the camera footage. Finally they told that few seconds after my husband left atm the cash could have been come out and the person came after him might be taken the amount. He denied to disclose the identity of the next person who entered and took the amount probably that may be due to their rules and regulations of bank. So far i have not received any written reply from the bank.
                I am a retired pensioner retired as pay & accounts office from (South), chennai and the loss of above said amount is from my pension account. It is not a small amount to loose. I request you to intervene in this case and help me to get back rs. 25000/-.
                I request you take necessary action in this regard with the co-ordination of indian bank, panagal park branch and i hope that u will get back my money at the earliest.

                  I have purchased Naviforce Men Watch from amazon on 07th March 2019 by making payment of Rs. 2724/- through indian bank debit card. I have Canclled the item and amazon initiated refund on 10th March 2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. When i contacted to Indian bank customer care executives denying the existence. I am not in Mumbai so that i wont able to come branch.

                  Please find the attach screenshot copy from amazon and also my passbook copy and adhaar/pan card for your reference.

                  I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible and refund the amount.

                      Hello. I had purchased a product from amazon and canceled it on march 6th. They said the refund had been initiated on march 7th itself. It takes usually just 4 to 5 business days. But i have not got the refund yet. The transaction id is[protected]. I have contacted amazon customer care as well as indian bank customer care. They don't seem to suggest the right solution. Why haven't i got my refund yet? Will this be the case for all my refunds? I have two more refunds on their way. Please look into the issue.

                            Sir, I am the managing director of Dhasrathan agency corporation(electrical and hardware) which is located at tirukovilur villupuram district.On 05/03/2019 I had put 6 cheques which is state bank cheques(local bank) and I put cheques for collection(my current account no :[protected])at Indian bank tirukovilur branch villupuram district(pincode:605757)but cheques are not clear still now.so I complainted to that bank manager and bank staff.They gave me bad response and said that we send that cheques for collection at head office but still they are not cleared .But I enquired that state bank manager...he said that if we put collection it will cleared us within 2 days.Every month I transact more cheques for my business purpose but every time they creating such problems.So kindly I am asking you to take proper action on that bank staff and that bank manager.

                              Hello, my name is amol sood.
                              I placed an order on amazon on 3rd march, 2019 and immediately cancelled it. Amount was 615 rs. Paid by my indian bank debit card. For refund of payment made, i received the following message from amazon (Appended below). As on 12th march 2019, i have still not received my refund in my bank account. So i contacted indian bank customer care as directed. But when i contacted indian bank customer care about the same, they said they can't help me and i should approach the seller (Amazon) again. Amazon customer care again told me that i should register it as 'charge dispute transaction' with indian bank, so i again contacted my bank's customer care who told me that i can't register this dispute with them as it is a problem on the seller's side and they can't do anything.
                              My problem is still not resolved as i have not received my refund. Kindly help.

                                We did'nt has any issue we past manager of staff. But

                                    I have purchased sobo aquarium filter from amazon on 27-feb/2019 by making payment of 845 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 3-mar/2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. This is my order i'd - ddym8ppsrrma. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue

It appears that net banking transfer has been erroneously delivered to an account not registered...
