I have the above mentioned account with perundgudi branch. I have a problem on 30/1/2019 while doing the transaction online through my. The 2000 amount had been deducted from my account. But the received did not received the amount and caused payment faileur. Till now the deducted mony does not re found to my account. I request you please take a look at this issue.

I am the customer of Indian bank . but I will withdraw the state bank ATM 2000 mony at 30/1/2019. Because my withdraw mony not case to ATM. All ready the 2000 amount had been deducted from my account

    I paid the 696 rupees (446+250) in my master card to amazon. Since the product was canceled they intiated the refund on january 14, 2019 and have given me the reference id

    Respectively. When i contacted amazon they asked me to file a charge dispute form. Its been 25 days i am running around for this issue

      I had ordered a product from Amazon on 31/1/19 and cancelled it on the same day. They told me that my money will be back in 3-5 days.. Now it's been 9 days but my money isn't credited in my account.. When I contacted amazon they told that they have sent the refund. But I got no money. Please help its been nine days and I want my money as soon as possible.

        I book my train ticket but that ticket is automatic cancel and my 3800 ducted from account but that money not refunded.2 days before problem. I am student so, send me money immediately.
        Aftet that when i add money in wallet then otp not comming so very bad service for indian bank when my money come to bank that time not inform me not send me msg but i give him my registered numer but he never send me any information so, you return my money and next time you you msg me

        But still in my credit score it showing 90000 outstanding.

          I have cancelled my Amazon order on 1st Feb 2019
          Till 7th Feb 2019 I didn't receive it. They provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I didn't get proper response by Indian Bank customer care regarding this refund reference number. They said these numbers will not make any difference from their side.So I'm disputing this issue here. Please take steps regarding this as soon as possible.

            I have applied for new chip debit card for my account number:[protected] on 11th january 2019. Bank staffs said debit card will be received within 20 days from the date of applied. But, still i did not received any communication from branch.

            I have ordered a product from amazon. I returned the product. The refund has been issued on[protected] by amazon. They told that the amount will be credited on my account within 5 working days, but its already 7days over. I didn't get my refund back into my account. They also sent refund reference number i. E[protected]. I have also contacted customer care service but no proper response from them. So i'm giving this dispute charge complaint. So please take action as soon as possible. Thank you

                I repeatedly contack Amazon but they told me to file a charge dispute but Indian Bank don't have such facility so kindly solve my issue

                  I purchased items on 26 jan 2019 in ponnu stores, camp road, chennai-73 at 21:21 hrs for rs.391/- and paid using my indian bank debit card.
                  Though money was deducted payment was not made to ponnu stores.
                  I waited for more than a week for the reversal of the money to my account.
                  However, money was not reversed.
                  I request you to kindly look into the query.

                  I ordered a SONY BLACK HEADPHONES on 12th January 2019 and i applied for the refund on 15th January 2019. No REFUND HAS BEEN MADE EVER SINCE.

                    I Hitesh Narang returned a product to Amazon India, of which refund amount of rupees two hundred twenty (220/- )only not credited to my account.
                    Transaction date 17/12/2018.
                    Tried to contact bank branch also, but they can't help me.
                    Today after talking to help line number, I am filing this complaint.

                    Please look into this matter and do the needful.

                        I tried to withdraw rs. 3000 from the atm id h0512101, but same have got declined but same amount have deducted from my account. I didn't got any money from atm and amount deducted from my account, account no. [protected] transaction sequence no.[protected].

                        When transaction is declined how it is possible to deduct the amount from my account. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                        Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                          Hi, i have been issued a refund through amazon on 28th dec 2018 at 11.26 am which should be credited to my account on 30th dec as per amazon. Amazon said the reference number which is 457440 has been generated in relation to the same and is only generated when bank accepts the payments. Even after repeated followups, bank said there is nothing they can do there is no entry is passbook and amazon said to they have already issued the refund. I'm based outside of india and it is very difficult for me coordinate with bank branch. I had my dad went their twice with no fruitful result. They are very uncooperative even amazon has stopped replying to my emails. Not sure where else i should reach out. The indian bank branch is tilak nagar, new delhi. I can provide further details, if required.

                            I had ordered milton bottles from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 1900rs through indian bank debit card. I had cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction id is[protected] &[protected].
                            Still i have not received refund amount. I had call to indian bank customer care.. But they respond so badly and always repeat same thing that confirm with amazon about your transaction..

                                I mahesh had purchase the selfie strick, one dress and bluetooth and the price of the products are rs 255, rs 499 and rs 420 respectively. Finally at irp coimbatore center, the xerox copy of all the documents are missing. Again i have been asked to give the xerox copy of all original documents. Where went wrong? Please investigate.                                       I need current account at indian bank dodda banaswadi branch delay for 5 hrs told pan not updated y so late every persons. I am very disappointed wait for 2 to 3 hrs that day. I reguquest to humble pls quick to that branch i need every one help full. Near by closing time 5pm i wait at 11.30 to 4.30 very very disappointed more than more waiting than bank
