Hi, i have been issued a refund through amazon on 28th dec 2018 at 11.26 am which should be credited to my account on 30th dec as per amazon. Amazon said the reference number which is 457440 has been generated in relation to the same and is only generated when bank accepts the payments. Even after repeated followups, bank said there is nothing they can do there is no entry is passbook and amazon said to they have already issued the refund....

I had ordered milton bottles from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 1900rs through indian bank debit card. I had cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction id is[protected] &[protected].
Still i have not received refund amount. I had call to indian bank customer care.. But...

I ask you to reflect the amount of rs.2437.00 to my account which is already initiated from amazon.in on thursday 20 december 2018 4:31 pm with authorization code (Refund reference number):[protected] that was provided on saturday 22 december 2018 1:00 am.

I mahesh had purchase the selfie strick, one dress and bluetooth and the price of the products are rs 255, rs 499 and rs 420 respectively. Due to some issues in the products i had return the above mentioned products. I was told that you will get the all 3 products refund amount on 15/1/2019 yet not received. Now told to give compliant about the same. So kindly do the needful as earliest because already too delay....

Again i have been asked to give the xerox copy of all original documents. Where went wrong? Please investigate. My worry is all about that the missed xerox copy should not be misused....

Yesterday i used indian bank atm to withdraw 500 around 12 noon. Transaction cancelled automatically but money got deducted from my account. Kindly refund my money.
