I have cancelled my Amazon order on 1st Feb 2019
Till 7th Feb 2019 I didn't receive it. They provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I didn't get proper response by Indian Bank customer care regarding this refund reference number. They said these numbers will not make any difference from their side.So I'm disputing this issue here. Please take steps regarding this as soon as possible.

    new debit card not received

    I have applied for new chip debit card for my account number:[protected] on 11th january 2019. Bank staffs said debit card will be received within 20 days from the date of applied. But, still i did not received any communication from branch.

    I have ordered a product from amazon. I returned the product. The refund has been issued on[protected] by amazon. They told that the amount will be credited on my account within 5 working days, but its already 7days over. I didn't get my refund back into my account. They also sent refund reference number i. E[protected]. I have also contacted customer care service but no proper response from them. So i'm giving this dispute charge complaint. So please take action as soon as possible. Thank you

          I purchased items on 26 jan 2019 in ponnu stores, camp road, chennai-73 at 21:21 hrs for rs.391/- and paid using my indian bank debit card.
          Though money was deducted payment was not made to ponnu stores.
          I waited for more than a week for the reversal of the money to my account.
          However, money was not reversed.
          I request you to kindly look into the query.

            Tried to contact bank branch also, but they can't help me.

                I tried to withdraw rs. 3000 from the atm id h0512101, but same have got declined but same amount have deducted from my account. I didn't got any money from atm and amount deducted from my account, account no. [protected] transaction sequence no.[protected].

                When transaction is declined how it is possible to deduct the amount from my account. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

                  Hi, i have been issued a refund through amazon on 28th dec 2018 at 11.26 am which should be credited to my account on 30th dec as per amazon. Amazon said the reference number which is 457440 has been generated in relation to the same and is only generated when bank accepts the payments. Even after repeated followups, bank said there is nothing they can do there is no entry is passbook and amazon said to they have already issued the refund. I'm based outside of india and it is very difficult for me coordinate with bank branch. I had my dad went their twice with no fruitful result. They are very uncooperative even amazon has stopped replying to my emails. Not sure where else i should reach out. The indian bank branch is tilak nagar, new delhi. I can provide further details, if required.

                    Still i have not received refund amount. I had call to indian bank customer care.. But they respond so badly and always repeat same thing that confirm with amazon about your transaction..

                                    I have reached a dead-end now : (

                                    Kindly help us as to how i may receive at the least an information as to when i will be receiving my cheque book from indian bank, instead of waiting for an unknown date.

                                    Unless for an emergency situation one may not go around this way.
