I have an account in patel nagar and as we have shifted to ghaziabad, i had send my wife to withdraw cash and the cashier gave her millions of reasons just because its not my mother branch. Why do they commit while opening the account that it can be operated all over india.

He continuously told her to transfer the account. They gave different reasons not to give the money. Amount written is not correct, date is not in the box, figures are not clear. At the end he told your signature is not matching. She even showed them the adhar card, still they didn't cooperate. So much of drama with the senior citizens is not acceptable.

I would request the forum to help me so that next time they would have some humanity and will be afraid of doing such acts.

    I have done two transaction in paytm app on 19th september 2017 and that transactions failed and amount has been debited from my account. I have made complaint in spgrs on 10.10.2017 and my reference number is ibcwe[protected]. I checked status on 24.10.2017 and it shows status is "completed". But till now amount not credited to my account please give me solution.
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I booked a ticket on redbus and i cancelled it on 27.10.2017 but the amount was not refunded
    I made a payment for purchasing in mangal and mangal, thirchy, Tamilnadu. Rs1310.00 on 23/03/19 but the amount debited for two times, i asked mangal and mangal, they replied that they received single payment only and they given a letter. I attached the letter for your perusal, So Please refund as soon as possible.

      I opened my account in indian bank, jamia millia islmia 1 month ago, but i got wrong name on debit card, i am told that there is no problem in this. And still after one month of opening the account they are not providing me atm. Its my 7 visit to the branch. This is my worst banking experience. Should i move to consumer court. They did mistake in name also. Even after providing everything.

        Sir,
        I srikanta sarangi a customer bearing loan ac/no[protected] of baliapal branch, dist-jajpur, odisha. I had availed a agriculture loan on dated 14.01.2010. On dt 16.02.15 after discussing with the bm, mr. Majhi it was finalized to pay rs. 67248 towards closing of the loan amount. On the same day i paid rs. 50, 000 at the jajpur court premises and obtained receipt on the day of lok-adalat. And i paid rest amount rs. 17, 248 on dt 25.03.15 at the branch. Then i received back my land documents from the branch. On dt. 30.12.15, i was received from the branch to pay rest amount rs. 20364.81 to pay the remaining outstanding loan amount. Then i contacted the bm, mr tripathy but he said 'your loan account has not closed yet', and suggested me to write a complaint to zm office at bhubaneswar. I contacted recovery manager of zm office, bhubaneswar, mr. Sahoo and mr. Murmu several times and also i have contacted mrs. Patanaik (Zm), but all my efforts around one year spoiled.
        Hence i hope this complain to get justice which i haven't got from impolite and non cooperative officers of your bank.

          Aaj main aapki rohini sect -15, branch se aapne s. B. A/c no. [protected] se rs. 2000/- lene ke liye gaya tha counter no.-02 asst br manager ne rohini jail se release order lane ke liye kha. Meni bataya ki main mandoli jail se hun aaj release order nahi la sakta to vahe bole ki release order to rohini jail se hi lane honge kisi bhi jail ke release order nahi chalenge. Main to mandoli jail se aya hun rahini jail nahi asain main cash withdraw tak nahi kar ska, kya main apne bank account se cash withdraw tak nahi kar saktavahe bole nahi. Apna bank account tak closed nahi karwa sakta.
          Sir kya jail main hone se parole /furlough per aane se apne pariwar ke prati jimadari khatam ho jati hai aaj mairi mother hospital main hai cash nahi hai main kya karu aap hi bataye. Account closed ya cash withdraw. Koi ek kaam ho jay to achcha ho

            I am m. Muthukumar from komarapalayam, i owing an indian bank account with no[protected] in komarapalayam branch and i requested for net banking. They provided a secret login password on 01/01/2016. They told me that it was activated but when i try to access that, it shows an error:109 inactive or pending activation error. But till now (15/10/2017) i could not able to access that. Please help me on that. My inet pin reference no is 2900448.

            I deposited the money yesterday (Friday) Night 7.30 in the Indian bank ATM 8600. Initially It was checked and told 7600 only acceptable. Then 1000 came out of ATM . I took 1000. But rest of the amount 7600 was not credited my account. I request Indian bank to return my amount. I need that money urgently

              Hlo indian bank i am using your mobile banking through the indpay app on my phone. Before somedays it was working good but when update option comes i was updating my app but after one day i was checking my app it was not working than it was showing again register option i was adding cif no not showing any error just shows white display so please solve this problem give me any solution about it.

              Its show ( request failed. error code : 400 ). Solve the Problem Soon
              New Update does not work for me it always show the error msg while entered cif number. I hate this app. And I need help soon.

                  My name is alok kumar singh my credit card number is [protected].. While i am using transaction error is coming transaction failure... I enquire with credit card enquiry they told your card is blocked then they told we can not solve the problem they given another number [protected] and [protected] then they are telling we want recommendation letter from the branch.. Last 10 days i am trying to unblock my card.. I am having no overdue and i am not able to use my credit card. Your cedit card service is very poor.. My mobile number [protected]..

                    I had swiped my card in kfc, phoenix mall, mumbai for a payment of rs.634 but they wrongly entered and took the amount of rs.6340 from my s/b account on[protected].

                    I asked them to refund the payment but they said that we made a void sale receipt, so that amount will be transferred to our account automatically within 2-3 working days. Till today the amount is not refunded to my account. How many days it will take to refund the money.

                    When will the amount will be refunded to my account.

                        I am indian bank account holder i have gone to my home branch (Orathanadu) to withdrawal money from my account, i filled the withdrawal slip and went to the counter the person in the counter said "your signature is not registered so you have to give your aadhar card xerox to get money" then i went to my home and get my aathar xerox and returned to bank and gave that to the same person who previously asked me aathar xerox she received that and put a stablered that xerox with my withdrawal slip and returned it back to me and asked me to give it to the next person beside her he is senior to her then i went to him he asked (In a egoistic manner)"what do you want?" i replied "sir i need to withdrawal money from my account and explained the scenario" he then said again in a egoistic manner "ohh your signature is not registered its no way to do it now, i can't do anything now it's border time (@that time, time was 3:25pm 22nd september 2017 its a friday) i asked"when can it be done sir?"he again replied in a disturbing manner"go & come monday"
                        Note: the time i went to bank was 2:45 thn i stand in que for 10 mins & she asked for aathar xerox i went immediately and back to bank on 3:15 again a 10min que @ the time i went to that senior was 3:25 pm.
                        "at that time i addressed the senior officer he was not doing any work he was simply sitting on his chair and speaking with others "
                        This disturbed me a lot i'm urgently in need of money i went to bank to get it but the senario there was like"you can get money only if the officer has mood of giving it, this is not like a service the senario was like ;i went to a private local finance to borrow money" this totally disturbed & disappointed me very much that is the reason i'm writing this complaint. I hope you will take necessary action against this complaint.

                          I have not withdrawn any money in atm.But message came as i have withdrawn 5000 later 11000. Later i checked in the evening 5000 seems to be credited. But 11000 is not still credited.what you people are doing with my money.
                          When i open the website its not opeing..i dont know why?error symbol is displaying...
                          I paid 500 rs for my examination through indian bank website. The payment is unsuccessful but they dedected amount from my account.Please see to it.The transaction details are given below in photograph.
                          I have repaid the education loan amount which I have taken . But the new manager to the bank sent me a notice through a lawyer. Not sure how to handle this. It is an injustice to the consumers like me .
                          Last Thursday September 21, I have done a transaction through BHIM interface Money has been deducted from account but paytm transaction of rs.100 was a failure.When I consulted Paytm they weren't ready to accept the complaint as it was not their issue.I want the money to be refunded or transaction to be complete
                          recharged the amount of 511 using Amazon but it not recharged so it can be refund the amount but the amount isn't added on my account please check refund code that provide on Amazon

                                I am having a savings account in indian bank, aggarwal market, muzaffarnagar, u. P. 251001. I opened my account in january 2017 but the entire process was completed in march 2017. I applied for atm and internet banking at that moment but still not processed. Every time when i asked for it, sometimes they say come next time or you havn't applied it yet. No one shows interest to hear the query of a customer

                                Such a rude and lazy staff i have ever seen. I got my atm now (In september). Muzaffarnagar has only one indian bank atm and that atm is never been in working condition, always out of service.

                                I have a very bad experience with indian bank. I wish higher officials should have a surprise visit so that they can see the reality of this branch.
                                Such a pathetic experience. Soon going to close my account, already many people did, because of their attitude towards customers.

                                After having a brief and clear conversation with the branch manager and staff members, all my issues has been resolved now. All the things have been cleared.
                                I made a payment of rs. 1168/- through my indian bank debit card . payment failed due to some reason but the amount was debited from account.

                                    I pragya jain a student of B.A.LLB has applied for an educational loan woth your bank in delhi with rana pratap bagh branch on july 2017 but till now i have not got any reply from your side
                                    Every time i went to the bank they keep on saying the same thing that they don't have any idea and its not in their hands.
                                    For more than 2 months i have benn visitng the bramch but is not getting any response from your side.
                                    Thus i am writing this hoping for a positive response.
                                    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I'm Manasa (account number:[protected].The refund for few of my purchases from amazon are still not reflected in my account.The reference numbers are such:

                                    I request you to check the details and return my refund.I already launched a complaint but there is no response

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Greetings! Sir, i am a customer of you indian bank, namely lattice bridge branch, and i had wanted to bring to your kind notice, that the bank entrance as well as the way leading to the bank is not disabled friendly. The reason being

                                      The out side entrance has no way, as bikes and other vehicles are always blocking the entrance. (There is no sing board to say "no parking" in front of the gate). The security or someone should see that it is free of these vehicles.
                                      The side entrance - right in the middle of the side entrance gate there is a huge tree blocking this entrance, and customers have to enter between the tree, here too vehicles blocking this small entrance.
                                      There are small steps and that too is broken (May be it is part of the platform.
                                      The access to the bank has about 6 to 8 steps (Sorry i did not count the number of steps). There should be a ramp (Gradient).

                                      Though there is a govt. Norm that all public institutions, should be disabled friendly, including banks and post offices etc. It is not being adhered to, mainly it stays in papers. This really makes lives too difficult to the differently abled.

                                      My daughter is also a young woman with cerebral palsy, and she is having her account in the same bank, through which she is receiving her monthly remittance.

                                      While i was at the bank this morning, i noticed several senior citizens, entering and leaving the bank with great difficulty, as they were having walking aids to walk. I have photographic evidence of the same.

                                      I would be much obliged if you could look into this matter and help the differently abled community, to have easy access to not only this branch, to all other branches as well.
