atm (debit card issues)

Dear sir,

My account no [protected] august 11.08.2017 i purchased for 4000rs, i paid through my ru pay debit card and customer swipe there atm machine money debited my account 4000 rs, but its shows transaction failed after that i paid cash.
So, i inform to merchant and my branch also (They told me it will credited within 20 days but still i did not receive amount its almost more than 43 days)

I am having a savings account in indian bank, aggarwal market, muzaffarnagar, u. P. 251001. I opened my account in january 2017 but the entire process was completed in march 2017. I applied for atm and internet banking at that moment but still not processed. Every time when i asked for it, sometimes they say come next time or you havn't applied it yet. No one shows interest to hear the query of a customer

no response regarding educational loan

I need transaction password

transaction failed but not refund money

I try to imps transaction of my account on date 5 jul 2017 amount 2000.00 but poor network connection transaction reject five time debit my account but three time credit my account one time sucessfull send my corporation bank account but one time not credit my account, so i request refound my debit amount.

refund of money

I have a saving account[protected] in indian bank sultanpur branch. On 1st september's morning i transferred rs. 3000 through the indian bank mobile app (Imps) to another account of allahabad bank, the amount of rs3000 was debited from my indian bank account but it was not credited in the account in which i was trying to transfer. So please kindly return the money in the same account from where it was debited.

useless staff

1-staff is very rude they never guide or help there customers.
2-passbook printing machine is not working from last 2 months.
3-staff. Security guard always mis behavior with customers. If you complete with manager he also take his part

If action wil not take then all customers have to change there bank

delay in new credit card processing

I have been an indian bank customer for the last 25 years. I have a savings account with defence colony, new delhi branch. I had applied for a credit card on 15 may 2017. I was told that i would get the credit card within 3-4 weeks. It has been 3 and a half months and i am still waiting for the card. On calling the credit card department i am told that they cannot give me a time schedule for the issuing of the card. Please tell me why i should...

The hard work of indian bank, nandivaram branch guduvancheri is reflected in this demanddraft
The bank has issued a dd without due sign to customer. On being noticed by recipient ran to bank but the branch was very promptly closed at 5:00 pm sharply. This is the dedicated bank employees
Who are prompt in closing the branch not on opening or carrying work correctly....

not able to get insurance amount

The person "ramasamy p" having account in indian bank puduchatram-namakkal dt. He applied an insurance of "jeevan suraksha" on or before[protected].
Unfortunately he died on[protected]. His relatives went and asked the insurance amount.
In bank they told not able to claim because it is registered only on[protected]. But ramasamy applied before two month. Bank staffs two months later they registered. Because of their laziness...
