2-passbook printing machine is not working from last 2 months.
3-staff. Security guard always mis behavior with customers. If you complete with manager he also take his part

If action wil not take then all customers have to change there bank

    I have been an indian bank customer for the last 25 years. I have a savings account with defence colony, new delhi branch. I had applied for a credit card on 15 may 2017. I was told that i would get the credit card within 3-4 weeks. It has been 3 and a half months and i am still waiting for the card. On calling the credit card department i am told that they cannot give me a time schedule for the issuing of the card. Please tell me why i should not move to another bank?

I have tried to recharge to videocond2h and used debit card transaction for payment of rs.1158 on july 31st 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I did a complaint online and i got a phone call in the last week from bank. But there is no solution given by bank yet now. So please help me out to solve this. Its rs.1158.         Hello sir,

        I am anusha dasu from vijayawada and visited on 10th august 2017 to deposit some amount to my mom's account. I came at 11'o clock and i was standing in queue till the bank closure i was not able to deposit the amount. At first they said they won't accept the notes which something is written on the bank. So they asked me to change the note and i stood second time and now the person left the counter before the deposit time saying that to reach her home it takes 30 minutes. I contacted the manager as well and i never expected a lazy response from a person who is there in higher position. I have an account each on two other banks and i have never ever experienced this type of service. Kindly investigate why this has happened and make sure that it will never happen again. I am in a full of dissatisfaction and expecting reply asap.

          Indian bankloan account number[protected] / 19.05.2009 &
          [protected] / 19.05.2009 (Both are same multiple entries) has been disbursed from your taramani branch in chennai.

          As per cibil report, the above loans (Multiple entries) is reflecting under my pan number bfmpm1488j. This is affecting my cibil score.

          I have also taken up the subject matter to income tax department in chennai. They told if credit institutions and cibil do not remove the loans reflecting under you pan number, necessary will be done for such erroneous.

          This is for your kind information and perusal / record.

          Similarly, loan also does not belong to me.

          Kindly request you to pls communicate to transunion cibil in mumbai stating that the above loans does not belong to manangottu parayil manoj kumar and remove the same from my cibil report that is reflecting under my pan number bfmpm1488j.

          Pls do the needful.

            The hard work of indian bank, nandivaram branch guduvancheri is reflected in this demanddraft
            The bank has issued a dd without due sign to customer. On being noticed by recipient ran to bank but the branch was very promptly closed at 5:00 pm sharply. This is the dedicated bank employees
            Who are prompt in closing the branch not on opening or carrying work correctly.

            On the date:19.08.2017 I had used an IOB debit card in swipe machine in Sri Ramakrishna hospital in Coimbatore for paying in pharmacy.Due to improper transaction my account amount had not been credited to that hospital.so that I kindly request you to cancel the transaction and debit the amount of 1577 rs in my account [protected]

              Sir iam kotakmahindra bank customer. On2/3/2017 i used my atm card at indian bank atm at south street main branch at thanjavur when i insert my atm card i got the receipt only unable to dispense. Then iuse the same branch cdm machine but i have received the same receipt o[censored]nable to dispense. But afew minutes i have received the message from my account debit rupees 2000/. That same day i informed to the branch manager immediately. He told me to conduct customer care. I complained more then 5 times but there is no proper response from kotakmahindra bank customer care.                 The person "ramasamy p" having account in indian bank puduchatram-namakkal dt. He applied an insurance of "jeevan suraksha" on or before[protected].
                Unfortunately he died on[protected]. His relatives went and asked the insurance amount.
                In bank they told not able to claim because it is registered only on[protected]. But ramasamy applied before two month. Bank staffs two months later they registered. Because of their laziness and this long time we lost that insurance amount.
                Take action on this give the right solutions to his[ramasamy's] poor family.

                        I opened a saving bank account in indian bank of hide road branch at the date of 30th june, 2017. I was told that i will recieve the atm card within 10 or 15 days. I went to the branch at 17th july, but they said the card has not been received at the branch yet. Yet, i recieved a text message which said i had to get my card and change the pin by 26th july. Anyway, i went there today again (24th july, 2017) but came back without any results. The branch manager told me to come again as the person bearing the card was absent. Dear sir, it is very difficult and unprofessional for me to take leave from my office every now and then for such a small task. I again have to take leave for this same matter which is very much irritating and unprofessional from your side. I would kindly request you to look into this matter and take steps against such unprofessional bank employees.

                          I have obtained only one education loan from indian bank (Acc no:[protected] but in cibil they have updated my profile with 3 loan accounts with different account numbers.

                          Cibil account numbers:
                          Acc 1:[protected]Loan amount - 2 lakh)
                          Acc 2 :[protected]Loan amount - 2 lakh)
                          Acc 3: [protected] (Loan amount - 2 lakh)

                          This heavily impacts my credit history. Every other bank is raising queries on this. He bank is also not giving a clear explanation for this. Please help.

                            Iam sabhapathi. My indian bankaccount number:[protected] having at pachikapallam branch. Mobile number:[protected] iam transfer of amount of rs.1000 from indian bank account to my sbi bank account ([protected]) at sunday (Date:16 july 2017, time:08:37:50, transaction id:[protected] through bhim app. Iam traying to 2 times to send this amount but 1 time it can be re credit but second time it can't re credit. The bhim app transaction details (181606-upi transfer/[protected]. Iam attached debited transaction details screen shot. Iam already contacting with indian bank customer care person, they told that amount auto credit in 24 hours, but still now it can't be credited. So please resolve this problem asap.

                              Good morning i opened an account on june 9th but so far i haven't received my pass book. If i ask they are telling printer is not working for 4 times. They are very irresponsible and not at all caring customers. They are not providing anything even atm card also i haven't got but today i went and i asked then they told that atm has come but for pin number u have to come again what is that behavior??

                                This is a worst bank in india i saw ever. Because b4 1week i have swiped my card in a shop but in my amount has deducted but aft 2min i received sales reverse message on[protected] but today date id[protected] still i din receive my money i am in a big trouble and disappointed from this if call to costumer care there not responsible worst ever. The main reason i opened account in this bank is my father is a gov't employee and i saw many problems from that and worst but what to do in my home town the only bank is near no other option so i saw many problems from that bank so its a worst bank in india money is not matter but the customer as to satisfy but they are not even consider about customer then why the hell they are running the bank its a # very very worst bank. So soon gonna change my account to other bank because this indian bank is worst bank.

                                  Hi, an amount of 635 has been withdrawn from my account with various atm withdrawal sequence numbers and 2 different atm ids

                                  The withdrawals have been made on the following dates:

                                  Acct number :[protected]

                                  30/06/2017 - 2 withdrawals of rs.50 each
                                  06/07/2017 - 1 withdrawal of rs.535

                                  I request you to verify the issue and process a refund for the same.

                                  The above cannot be atm withdrawals clearly as they are not in multiples of 100.

                                  Also, i never received any message intimating the withdrawals and i got to know today only when i checked the mini statement.

                                    Plz read the complaint first and then reply.
                                    Its not about atm which is inactive i posted i have applied for new atm debit card and there is no update on it. Was told i would be getting sms in 3 days. Kindly let me know whether its old card or new card which is with bank now and which is inactive. Hope to get a accurate response this time according to the query asked.

                                    Second thing about the rudeness of the employee in the branch who treats customers like they come there to beg. Kindly teach ur staff to be polite with customers who have opened acxount in ur branch. Hope this would be taken care and would send me a update on the action taken. He was ravi from indian bank branch darulshifa. Hyderabad

                                    Just came back from bank and there is no atm card there then why was i called to thr bank to activate my atm card. Only green pin generated it seems but was told i will get sms. Didnt get any sms till now. Applied for 2 cards. Mine and for my wife. Kindly take appropriate action on this for prompt customer service with accurate information.

                                    Instead of tagging so many people not getting any update or reply from the concerned bank. U can see the type of service they are offering .
                                    Day before i went to the bank and there was a customer of indian bank who was coming to the bank for 3 days for just getting his passbook updated but again he was told to come later . Wow this is what i say customer care . There should be some audit for these things and to build a great rapport with customer and their sayisfaction in terms of banking .

                                    Its been 4 days and no reply or update from anyone comcerned . I hope this will be fixed .its just a hope i dont believe that it would be fixed .
                                    I was used my debit card for purchase something in limeroad I money was debited but that's not reached for my purchase purpose and also not yet credited in my account.. when is it refund??

                                      I last withdrew amount of 2500/- on 7/7/17 from my debit card. On same night some unknown person withdrew total 16, 800/- rupees from my account.
                                      I received sms on 8/7/17 at 9.49 am and 9.53 am

                                      I have lodged a complaint within 3 days of the duped transaction with the bank. But they say there are very little chances of my amount recovery.

                                      I sincerely request you to refund my money.

                                        Actually my dabit card was not working so i told about all this to swaroop nagar/ kanpur branch. She told me that u have to renew your card. I appyed for this and they made my card wrong. My card was maestro type they gave me rupay type they made it without any conformation...
                                        I really frested with all services and i go to bank 4 times my card is not activate till now
