Locker at Sector 59 Noida

I am holding the account with Indian Bank since more 2008 and I have locker since more than 5 Years.

Today i.e. 9th Mar 2017 at near 5 PM, we received the attached speed post letter from Indian bank where it was mentioned that Bank is shifting from D51, Sector 59 to D112/9, Sector 61 and we should vacate our lockers before 7th Mar 2017, and in case if we fail to do that bank will arrange the shifting of locker with content...

Net banking activation problem

I have activated my netbanking at indian bank two weeks ago using my atm card but now when i try to use it it says:
Error 108: internet banking is not enabled. Please contact your branch.
Why is this? This is totally uncalled for and is very confusing.
If i have activated why does it say not enabled?

Payment not received but amount is debited

According with that i pay the amount of Rs. 1336.But when i used the internet banking through online payment my sb account debited as Rs.2672 and i got the message as the transaction is failed with the payment id is[protected]. Poor Service

There is no proper response to customers in the INDIAN BANK located @ Puzhal. Nothing happens as per process. Especially the person in the cash depositing counter is very bad. Eventhough he is doing the same job for more than 5 years, he is very slow in entering the data in computer. He is taking too much time for each & every customer. This makes the customers to get irritated. Kindly look into it...

Amount not Credited in My Account

Hey,

I tried to Add money on my paytm wallet on 28th December 2016 but went failed twice. But amount got deducted from Indian Bank A/C N- [protected]
By the Name of Ramesh Gautam.

After a month I got a Msg from Paytm related to refund. PayTm informed that they have refunded Amount but Bank will process the same. Yet the amount has not been credited. Please do let me know when i will get my 1000 rupees...

I have made complaint on 25th January 2017 through e-mail and also written letter to my Indian Bank Noida sector 19 on 31st January 2017 regarding my failed transaction. Since then there is no response either from their customer service nor from Indian bank, sector 19 Noida.

Earlier I have booked an Air tickets through Paytm on 24th January 2017....

Refund amount not credited yet.

On 14Jan 2017, i booked a mouse on flipkart and cancelled it for some reason.I contacted flipkart about refund and they said they have remitted the amount to bank and they will credit your account in 10 days.It's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 30th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed...

Not Properly Responsing for Complaints

Not refunded money even though ticket has been raised

On 13 Jan 2017, i have tried booking IRCTC ticket and transaction was canceled by the bank but money got deducted it's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank.

Need of swipe machine

Amount deducted but cash not dispensed
