Some days before purchasing to mall in my Indian Bank debit card, some one network problem cash will be debited 190rs in my account

    Sir! I received Rs. 12000 only in stead of Rs. 15000 in INDIAN BANK ATM in KOLATHUR (Station ID- S1AK0431) of Salem Dt. in Tamilnadu on 05/04/2017 at 8.18pm. I used my INDIAN BANK DEBIT CARD (card No. [protected] and RECORD No. 7). My name- K.SELVAM. My Indian bank (KOLATHUR) account No.[protected]. A yellow light was glowing in machine following my transaction. Machine is in damaged condition.Cellotapes are fixed on it. people face many problems for each transaction.
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I'm not able to installed indpay app in my mobile phone though I've proper ATM card. Pl help

      Please note that there is no transaction since last 10years in this account. Every year we receive your bank statement after deducting your charges on our request.

      We have sent so many letters duly signed by all partners of our firm to your branch for account closing during perioddec'09 to may'12 (About8letters), email for your grievance cell on 14.2.12 but no reply received so far. (Copies enclosed)

      We also request you to bank statement from 01.4.016 to till date for our record.

      Again, we request you to send your procedure for closing of our current account via return e - mail urgently

            I Was Trying to purchase GT Gala Watch online from SNAPDEAL On 24.02.2017 Amount Rs.648.00 Was Debited from my bank account but the order was not confirmed.i was pulling from both ed from SNAP DEAL and INDIAN BANK.After a Month Of Followup i received a confirmation mail from snapdeal the they have already reverted the payment of rupees RS.648.00 and again i made a complaint in INDIAN BAnk regarding this issue. they said that it will take time now 1.5 months over but no replies from indian bank and again i made online complaint no.: IBCWE[protected] on 27-03.2017 .But replies with incorrect data instead of snapdeal enquiry they have mentioned as shopclues and also there was a late due to repeated leave.

              With regard to my admission into an MBA program at a premier Business school in Inidia, I approached the Kukatpally branch of the Indian bank in Hyderabad for an education loan. However, the Manager at the branch Mr. Manohar was least interested in answering to my queries. Although as per a Indian bank's circular, I can avail an education loan from any of the branches for an admission into the Institute that I received an admission from, I haven't received any confirmation from the bank, neither did the manager respond promptly to any of my requests.

              Hope some action is taken against the manager in this regard.

                I have purchased petrol from jayavel & sons petrol bunk, arur main road, dharmapuri dist, tamil nadu on 25/03/2017 at 09:56:16 tid:40520430 against my atm rupay card no. [protected].

                While doing transaction in pos machine for rs.600/- the print out paper came as "cancelled" and "transaction failed". I have done second time for same amount on the pos m/c got successful. But for the first failed transaction also money is deducted from my indian bank a/c no.[protected].

                Kindly do the reversal of debited amount rs.600/- at the earliest. A copy of failed transaction receipt is enclosed for your record.

                      I am subitha from chennai. I have tried to book flight tickets in jetairways website and used debit card transaction for payment of rs.8792 on march 6th 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I reached the branch and wrote a complaint but no status yet now. Please help me out to solve this. Its rs.8792.                       I am Aarthi and I initiated the transfer to my husband's Kotak account. The transaction displayed an error message but the amount is credited from my Indian bank account, when I checked in my husband's Kotak account still the amount is not credited.                         Iam astonished and surprised the way indian bank ashok nagar had dealt the 2 issues :-

                        1)

                        I gave ecs for lic housing finance from 10 march. I found that bank had not deducted the ecs. My sb a/c number is[protected]. There were sufficient funds with the bank. Iam srikanth and my mobile number is[protected]

                        2)

                        Iam srikanth and my mobile number is [protected]. My sb a/c number is[protected] with ashok nagar indian bank.

                        For the policy number[protected]Lic kodambakkam chennai) i was paying by ecs. There were sufficient funds and we got message that ecs payment failed. Till last year payment was done by ecs only. Please check the same. Sometime around 6th october 2016 i visited lic kodambakkam in person and they verified and said that ecs payment is very much there. Sufficient funds were there with bank too.

                        Why ecs payment was not taken for policy number[protected] this year and why i got such sms that ecs cheque dishonoured?.

                          I am holding the account with Indian Bank since more 2008 and I have locker since more than 5 Years.

                          Today i.e. 9th Mar 2017 at near 5 PM, we received the attached speed post letter from Indian bank where it was mentioned that Bank is shifting from D51, Sector 59 to D112/9, Sector 61 and we should vacate our lockers before 7th Mar 2017, and in case if we fail to do that bank will arrange the shifting of locker with content at customer’s risk.

                          Here my concern is that bank have sent me the letter 2 days after the due date mentioned in the letter (i.e. 7th March 2017) and I also do not have any time machine technology through which I can go in past and vacate my locker.

                          This is a very awful and unprofessional conduct from the bank. I would visit bank tomorrow and I would fully make bank responsible in case if I lose any of the content from my locker.

                          They dispatched the letter to me on 8th Mar 2017 but in letter, it is mentioned that I should operate the locker latest by 7th March

                                  There is no proper response to customers in the INDIAN BANK located @ Puzhal. Nothing happens as per process. Especially the person in the cash depositing counter is very bad. Eventhough he is doing the same job for more than 5 years, he is very slow in entering the data in computer. He is taking too much time for each & every customer. This makes the customers to get irritated. Kindly look into it

                                    Hey,

                                    I tried to Add money on my paytm wallet on 28th December 2016 but went failed twice. But amount got deducted from Indian Bank A/C N- [protected]
                                    By the Name of Ramesh Gautam.

                                    After a month I got a Msg from Paytm related to refund. PayTm informed that they have refunded Amount but Bank will process the same. Yet the amount has not been credited. Please do let me know when i will get my 1000 rupees ????????????????????????????????
                                    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My account no. [protected] in January 30 th there has been a deductions of rupees 10000 from my account through atm withdrawal where as I haven't withdrawn money from my account so I want my money refunded please kindly do something quickly
