I am a account holder of Indian Bank for about two and half years now. Recently i lost my ATM card and blocked the same. I had also applied for a fresh ATM card about 3 weeks ago. I have been regularly visiting the Nandanam Branch of Indian Bank requesting to issue me fresh card. In our village(kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District),the only nationlized bank is indian bank,as per RBI rules they have to provide loan for the student with the verification prerequested document but they are not providing the loan.We are suffering a lot....

On 9 / 08 / 2009 i tried three times to withdraw an amount of rs 500 from a sbi atm counter at bhubaneswar by using my indian bank's atm card, but all the three times i culdnot get money. At the same time sbi have deducted the rs 1500 from my account, after one week sbi debited rs 1000 in my account, but balance rs 500 is not refund by sbi till date. I was withdrawing Rs 1900 from my account(savings) from the SBI ATM sec-2,Noida but i received only Rs 200 and rest i didnt receive .I have my account in INDIAN BANK ACC no.[protected] ,Branch- Mehrauli institutional area,Katwaria sarai . I also complaint in same SBI bank which is managing ATM of SBI ATM sec.-2 Noida, but they didnt take any action, so sir...

I tried to withdraw Rs. 500/- in Indian Bank (Velachery Main Road) ATM, But got only Rs 400/- from that ATM and Rs 500/- deducted from my SCB Account. ATM Did not given option to me to get the print of the transaction slip.

There is no any security in that ATM and Bank was also closed for Vijaya Dasami. So i could not able to make complaint in this regard.

Kindly advice me in this regard.

I wanted to enquire about the NEFT service and so I called the call centre (Number:[protected] on June 4th 2009 @ around 9:15 pm . A maniac called Shiva answered the call and I explained him both in Tamil and English about my requirement. He was not interested in talking to me, moreover he did not have any answer to my query.
