I ordered a product from amazon on 22nd Sept 2021 and it got cancelled and they initiated the refund of amount rs 23990 on 27th Sept 2021 and I still didn't receive it in my bank account and they shared the refund reference number with me and said to contact the bank but the bank is not at all helping me to resolve this issue kindly please help me.

I have made an transaction of 15, 000/- through IMPS on Indian Bank mobile banking app. The transaction got failed but money has been deducted and still have not re-credited to the original source payment or to the receiver.

I’ve ordered an item in Amazon from my Indian bank debit card. I have canceled the product and Amazon has initiated my refund on 06.10.2021 but it isn’t reflected in my account.

MMDA Indian Bank ATM, after depositing the cash i got the error

I have purchased Ic programmer shoke from amazon on 09/08/2021 by making payment of 302rs. through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 17/08/2021 with refund reference number of RRN[protected]
They even shared transaction id on my request[protected]....

I ordered the product in amzon by 27th of september 2021, the order number is:[protected]. I cancelled the product by 28th of september, and amazon initiated the refund of rupees 2761 only. The reference number is: trmok5nbo000ktotbjoo. But it is not yet credited to my bank account....

Amazon refund my 850 rupees but it's not showing in my account the reference no is 30005112701270222704591
So please resolve the issue....

I didn't receive my refund amount which was issued by Amazon on 28th September, 2021. Reference id- TRM559TG000KTOT60S4. Amount(split into 2 amounts 1699+599)- Rs.2298.

On 5th Oct 2021, I have done a payment of Rs.6000 from Indian Bank through Google pay around 7p.m., the transaction got failed but Amount was debited from my account and the receiver didn't receive...

Amount 3500 in Amazon on 23-SEP-2021 and after 25-sep-2021 I refund this order due to order received in open condition . And on 29 sep 2021. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (30005412731266222041354) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy....
