    On 19th august 2021, i have cancelled my order of worth Rs.63, 990 from the Amazon.in, but even after 12 days, still i have not received the refund .amount has gentrated and given the Refund Reference number 30005112011201103982530. but i have not recived the refund amount of rs 63, 990

      I gave order on Amazon of Mobile on date 20-Aug-2021 Friday order no is[protected]. I cancelled the said order on Monday morning 23-Aug-2021. Today is 31-Aug-2021, its been a week but still I have not get my refund. I called Amazon service center and they informed that they have issued my refund and tran id is 30005112321232163485523. I request Indian bank to credit my refund asap.

            Ramanatham branch IFSC - IDIB000T072 : This branch employees are rude and not solve customers problems, they are like boss and they treat customers as their servant. Not happy with going to the branch even for any transactions, thinking to cancel the account

              My name is VIVEK and I had ordered a product
              of RS. 469 (Mi Earphones Basic with Ultra deep
              bass and mic ) on Amazon on 21/08/21 at 8:02
              PM & I returned this order due to my personal
              reason. And on 26 August, Amazon initiated the
              amount to my card but I still didn't get my
              money. Amazon sent this reference number
              (30005412341233204005239) and told me to fill
              charge dispute form from the Indian Bank but
              Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please
              kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                  I saw so many complaints regarding Amazon refund.Why Indian bank is not fast in resolving the complaints.People will lose their trust in the bank.If you contact customer care they direct us to contact home branch.But in the branch you always get a message the number is busy or not answering.

                    My refund of 2849 /- was completed by flipkart on 13 august 21 through phonepe
                    and its last date of credited my account was 25 august 21 but still i did not get my account credited. on complaining on customer care they are diverting me to my bank and reaching bank they are diverting me for customer care

                        I'm D CELIN CHITHRA. I have purchased a product from Amazon worth Rs.989 through my Indian Bank debit card on 15th August 2021. The product got delivered but I've returned it for some reasons. From Amazon side, they states that my refund has been processed and they are stating that may be it's from bank side they have not processed the amount.

                                    I ordered a mobile on 16/08/2021 in Amazon.But after 30 minutes I cancelled my order.On 19th Amazon has initiated refund Amount of 18, 690.I received an mail from Amazon with a refund reference number on 24 the August 2021.But the amount is not reflected in my account
