of RS. 469 (Mi Earphones Basic with Ultra deep
bass and mic ) on Amazon on 21/08/21 at 8:02
PM & I returned this order due to my personal
reason. And on 26 August, Amazon initiated the
amount to my card but I still didn't get my
money. Amazon sent this reference number
(30005412341233204005239) and told me to fill
charge dispute form from the Indian Bank but
Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please
kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I have mad an ATM transaction from ATM vide ATM-ID:00020053 RASIDPUR BUNIADPUR DAKSHIN DINAJPUR ON 10/08/2021 19.44 of Rs-3000/- money is deducted from my A/c-[protected] but I have not get any amt.Then I made a complain on that day through toll free no till today it is not refunded. so I request you to solve the problem as early as possible...

I saw so many complaints regarding Amazon refund.Why Indian bank is not fast in resolving the complaints.People will lose their trust in the bank.If you contact customer care they direct us to contact home branch.But in the branch you always get a message the number is busy or not answering.

and its last date of credited my account was 25 august 21 but still i did not get my account credited. on complaining on customer care they are diverting me to my bank and reaching bank they are diverting me for customer care
