Hi,

My name is Gautam Dey.

I have cancelled one order at Amazon on 10.5.2021. They have immediately initiated the refund process. The refund reference number is 30005411331130119647499. My phone number is [protected].

My Indian SB account no is [protected]. The Branch code is Cossipore (Allahabad Bank). My mobile number is The total refund amount is Rs12, 499.

Amazon informed me that they have released the amount from their end. Now, the bank has to take care of it. The Indian bank is not cooperating with me. It's more than 3-5 days, but the bank not yet credited the amount in my bank account. Amazon has processed the entire amount. But the bank is not doing anything.

Please look into it and help me out.

      Net banking showing error

      Address: Magudanchavadi, salem

      NetBanking is not working for my account. It showing an error (ie 1122 no approvers available for the specifies matrix) . I already complain this about in near branch they can't be able to rectify it. In this pandemic situation we won't be able to go to bank for every transaction. So kindly do the needful immediately....

      I have taken loan against Gold Bond on March 2021 as of now i am not getting any of the details in my net banking i have contacted several time to bank to solve this issue as i want to repay part of the loan. As of today problem not solved what i want is in my net banking Gold Bond Loan account [protected] details should be appear in order to pay my loan amount.

      Branch still not taking care and i am paying interest for nothing, please do the needful asap.

            I used the ATM on 08/04/2021 to withdrawal the amount of 8000/- but due to the technical issue of the ATM i could not receive the cash. when i checked my mini statement it shows the debit balance of 8000/- i visit to the branch and also file an application for the same.it is a pension account and its been a month there is no solution to the problem. i am financially stable over this pension and due to this pandemic i cannot visit the branch. i called to the bank for my queries but they could not look over it. the service of the bank is so poor and the manager always have a harsh tongue with her customers.

                    Hello sir/madam,
