I have cancelled one order at Amazon on 10.5.2021. They have immediately initiated the refund process. The refund reference number is 30005411331130119647499. My phone number is [protected].

Amazon informed me that they have released the amount from their end. Now, the bank has to take care of it. The Indian bank is not cooperating with me. It's more than 3-5 days, but the bank not yet credited the amount in my bank account. Amazon has processed the entire amount. But the bank is not doing anything.
Please look into it and help me out.
