Respected Sir/Madam,
I tried transferring an amount of 5000 INR by IMPS through INDOASIS app. The amount got debited but the transaction got failed. RRN no. is[protected]. I have attached the screen shot for your reference. I request you to kindly look into this matter as early as possible. I also tried lodging a complaint from indian bank website but in vain due to some technical glitch. Kindly help.
