In new Indian bank mobile (indoasis) after merger, , the bill pay service is not permitting to pay bills,

and in internet banking also if we pay bill service through registered bill services after payment 2 to 3 bills session automatically sign out and takes 4-5 hours to resume online login. we suffer from this from 2-3 months

Bank is not giving single answer also i return my product and refund is processed they given refund reference number also when i went to bank they are telling that they cannot do anything with that rr number
Customer service in my place is worst

I tried transferring an amount of 5000 INR by IMPS through INDOASIS app. The amount got debited but the transaction got failed. RRN no. is[protected]. I have attached the screen shot for your reference. I request you to kindly look into this matter as early as possible. I also tried lodging a complaint from indian bank website but in vain due to some technical glitch. Kindly help.

I made mobile recharge of Rs.19 in amazon pay upi transaction in amazon app.Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

Last days my uncle send some cash to me but that amount sent successfully but still, now I m not received it yet.

I was trying to send money to a non-IB bank account. Money got deducted from my account but I got the message that the transaction failed. Its been more than 10 days but I did not receive my money back.

The Incident took place on 24th March 2021. The amount I was trying to transfer was 714. I tried to contact customer care but failed to connect.
