I have purchased a product from amazon on 26th FEB and cancelled on the same date the refund from amazon was initiated on 3 march. Amazon has also given me reference number #558600 i tried contacting bank did customer complaint but nothing is happening which is a serious matter . It has been 6 days. There is no dispute form in the bank to deal with this matter

I had placed an order on Amazon, which I later cancelled and Amazon has processed my refund but due to technical glitch it has not yet been reflected back in my account!

When I tried contacting the Customer Service, it was unavailable due which my issue is not yet resolved.

The refund has been processed on 2nd March, 2021 and I have received the reference number from Amazon, which I am attaching with this complaint.

Amount : Rs. 1, 199/-

I found this today in my mom's account of which I had no idea. I have not been receiving any messages from INB for my transactions lately. I checked this online and found that someone had the same issue with INB from same Terminal ID.

My money isn't credited in my account. And I'm troubling a lot of from this issue, I'm Allahabad bank account holder but on 15 February it merge with Indian Bank, so now I am Indian Bank user.

When I contacted Amazon, they sent me the RRN. No. After giving it to the bank, the bank said that we cannot do anything. Talk to Amazon and the customer care of the bank is not doing anything.
