Sir,

Indian Bank — Refund initiated by Amazon but not processed by Bank ( Indian Bank) and also money not credited in my bank

On 11February2021 I purchase a product from Amazon of rupees 23380/- using my debit card ( RUPAY) ending with 4456.
My account details is as follows

After some issue with Amazon with my product, Amazon company initiated my refund on 27/02/2021 and also provided me a RRN ( refund reference Number )

My money isn't credited in my account. And I'm troubling a lot of from this issue, I'm Allahabad bank account holder but on 15 February it merge with Indian Bank, so now I am Indian Bank user.

Please processed my money from your end.

    maine amazon se ek order placed kia tha jiska maine online payment apne debit card se kia tha bt order difused hone ke vjah se maine order return kr dia jiska payment amazon ne 04 march ko return kr dia bt mere bank account me abhi tk nhi aya . and bank me contact kre to vo kuchh reply hi nhi krte hai.

            My name is (Kunj Gupta) and I had ordered (Redmi 9 power mobile phone) of RS.Amount(8699 ) in Amazon on (26/02/2021) and after (28/02/2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (28/02/2021)
            Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
            (L2LTZVNB0000KKZT6W2I) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
            please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              My name is Kuldeep Singh Ranaut and my account is in Allahabad Bank. I ordered a shoe on February 11, which I returned on February 14, for which I have not received the refund yet. When I contacted Amazon, they sent me the RRN. No. After giving it to the bank, the bank said that we cannot do anything. Talk to Amazon and the customer care of the bank is not doing anything. Amazon is also asking to talk to the bank. I made a payment debit card and Refund not received yet, now it will be 15 days, please do something

                  1110 - Customer status is not active. Kindly contact Branch.

                  A few weeks ago I tried to access my Husband's(Late Atanu Sarkar) INB account as I had to transfer some amount from his account to my account. But Every time I access it throws the Error 1110 and just the window closes, the ATM card is also not working.                   I have purchased an washing Machine from amazon for which payment was made from DEBIT CARD of Allahbad Bank and the same machine was returned and they refunded my money back in same card details

                                  My name is Shrishti Agarwal and I had ordered two kurtis of Rs. 699 (Vbuyz rayon straight kurti) and Rs. 799 (Meher women's rayon kurti) in Amazon on 20th Feb 2021 and on 25th feb 2021 I returned this order but I still didn't get the money.
