Hello sir/madam

I was transferring 1000 rs to beneficiary account through imps and it's showing fail but money debited . There is no reference no etc generated and I am continuously trying to contact indian bank but it's unreachable.
I am unable to understand what is your customer policy even not any proper availability to communicate with you. I am totally tired with your indoasis app neither interface nor service...

Rs.500 has been debited from my account but still it not refunded....

I have done imps transaction today at 3pm from my mobile indOasis app for 58000 thousand the transaction got failed imps amount debited but not credited into my account refund kindly credit my amount asap...

This is to inform you that I had an order which was returned back to Meesho...the refund of Rs 717 has been already initiated by them but it’s not yet credited to my account by the bank...It’s happens everytime that I need to give a reminder here...Why is it not done on time...??
Kindly expedite my refund...

Done imps transaction from my indian bank account the amount got debited but not received in beneficiary account and in the transactions page it is saying comm failure between indian bank and NPCI please help for this problem I'm attaching the photo of it my account number is[protected]...

I made a payment of 3000 for 2 times(6000) to the same account number yesterday from INDOASIS app.
The money is debited form my indian bank ac, but not still credit to the opposite account..
So pls verify and make a payment

When I was transferring money using "indoasis app" to sbi bank from Indian Bank the amount of 1000 each time I attempt it was failed but the money get debited from Indian Bank acc. Please help me... about how do I get refund of failed transaction money...

I have tried to transfer Rs. 1000 to another bank account(Federal Bank) of mine itself, Amount shows debited in Ind Oasis app in account balance, but shows transaction failed in transaction history and I din't receive amount in Federal Bank accoun t also. Can you please get back my amount...

TRANSFERRED RS.1839.36 ON 10TH FEBRUARY TO SUN DTH. TRANS REF IBIBO [protected]/my.sundirect.in/transfer to [protected]. amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary. Registered online complaint with IB - comp no.1003599 and no solvation yet....

Though I gave correct answers for secret questions I get incorrect credentials during password reset.
Indpay and indioasis sent 100 sms but sms verification not happening...

The mobile transfer app and the gpay transaction is not possible..I am getting like server problem..pls resolve it immediately...

I am a customer of Indian Bank, Maqsudan Brnch, Jalandhar city - Punjab.

I want to bring in your kind notice that the ATM Cards are not available in this branch and customers like me are facing problems to withdraw their money at odd hours.

Please do something at an early date to resolve this issue.

Web page blocked in Indian bank website for Amazon pay debit card transaction.particularly for add money option in Amazon pay app.when I go to add money...it redirected to web page blocked screen......
