TRANSFERRED RS.1839.36 ON 10TH FEBRUARY TO SUN DTH. TRANS REF IBIBO [protected]/my.sundirect.in/transfer to [protected]. amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary. Registered online complaint with IB - comp no.1003599 and no solvation yet.

    Though I gave correct answers for secret questions I get incorrect credentials during password reset.
    Indpay and indioasis sent 100 sms but sms verification not happening

            On 21st of september 2020 i have booked a online train ticket with PNR no. [protected] with amount of rs 1110 plus rs 35 convenience fare total rs 1145 . MY journey was on 17th october due to some circumstances train did not come to my boarding station and i did not travel on train in this case customer have to file TDR(Ticket deposit recept). After filing TDR full Amount excluding Convenience fare has to be recieved with 60 days. On 31st of October amount is issued from irctc bank on 2nd november amount of refund rs 1110 was showing on google pay app highlighting please contact bank that means amount is stuck from onwards that i did not recieved refund .i have contacted to my bank but they did not giving any satisfying answer .As i have contacted to IRCTC about this they have send my bank reference number My name is bismen kaur account number [protected] .

                    Dear Sir,

                    As per indian bank official their bank will not provide any service in february 12 to 15. So i was made a transaction of 14500 rs in my another bank of baroda acount through banking app but when i was entered otp transaction got failed and amount deducted from my acount and it was not credited to bob or same acount. I am continue trying to talk his customer support but unable to talk with him. Tomorrow i will go hospital for treatment, how can i take medicine without money.. pls see..

                        I have tried to transfer Rs. 10, 000 via IMPS to another bank account(icici Bank) of mine itself, Amount shows debited in Ind Oasis app in account balance, but shows transaction failed in transaction history and I din't receive amount in icici accouny also.                             First of all I introduce myself, My name is M.SathikBatsha (+91 [protected]). I am living in Lalgudi, Trichy district, TamilNadu State. I have Indian Indian bank account from 2006 onwards, every month my salary was credited in this a/c no :[protected] only.

                            Recently I have checked the Indian bank website for ATM withdrawal charges more than free transaction with other ATMs. The Indian bank official website document showing the charges amount of is Rs.20/-, But my bank statement is debit the amount of withdrawal charges is Rs.24/- (without fraction it was rounded).

                            My query is Rs.20/- is the charges + GST 18% then Rs.3.6/- but the bank charged is Rs.24/-. Balance 40 paise where it is going.

                                      My account has been deducted by rs.153 stating that not maintaining minimum balance. I have been already maintaining minimum level of balance in my account. In some un avoidable circumstances I took 200 from my account that too just 2 days before so my balance has been came below minimum balance that is 153 rupees. They have been debited the full amount from my account stating not maintaining the minimum balance. I found that for not maintaining minimum balance the penalty is 30rs or 50rs that too it should be more than 1 month. But my account has been debited full amount of rs.153 that too just 2 days or a week stating for not maintaining minimum balance. I need my refund amount.kindly provide my money back otherwise I'm going to close the account.
