Dear Sir/madam,

On 24th Jan 2021 I tried to transact 49900 . My account number is [protected]. Amount got debited but not credited to beneficiary.
After few seconds got a message transaction is failed. Please refund my amount. I need to send this for emergency purpose...

The amount was transferred by mobile banking, the amount got deducted from my account but it was not credited to another account....

Indian Bank located at Thermutti in Coimbatore, do not provide proper service to the customer. The staff is very rude towards customer. I have seen uneducated people crying because of her behaviour. Customers do not know everything about banking and so we ask the people who are in charge of it. But they treat us like trash and if someone failed to fill the form properly without knowledge, they shout at customers as if customers are animals...

On 12/01/2021 I paid to an union bank credit card using phonepay. I did three transactions i.e, Rs.20, 000, Rs.20, 000 and Rs.10, 000 respectively.
The amount was deducted from my balance but not reflected in the credit balance.

It's been 11 days now I hadn't got the refund...

The seller had processed the refund of 26998/- to bank account on 13th Jan 2021, & it should have been credited by 21st Jan 2021.
