    On 20th January i ordered mobile phone from Amazon, then on same day the order is cancelled from myself.
    Amazon says that your refund is successful from our end, please call bank for further information.
    And the indian bank is not giving complete information regards this transaction.
    Plzz solve my problem...

      Fund transfer failed, still waiting for refund

      I had done an online transaction from Indian Bank app (indoasis) on[protected] to SBI, taloja branch amount of Transaction Rs. 11, 000/-, while the transaction is being processed suddenly it was showing that the transaction is failed, after some time I received a message from Bank saying that Rs.11, 000/- has been debited from your account. I called customer care, they were not accepting calls / busy / call was disconnecting automatically,...

      I paid 10, 000 using my debit card and the amount got debited from the account but was not credited to the vendor.

                                I have ordered a dress on Ajio online shopping and was cancelled due to some reasons and the amount paid has not been refunded yet but It was generated from their side on 18th December, 2020 and the refund ID is[protected].I have been contacting the Indian Bank customer Service for this issue and till now not even a single step taken from their side .And every time I'm facing this issue in case of refund. Please look into the issue at the earliest and refund it as soon as possible.

                                  I paid my child school fee on 15th DECEMBER through online transactions by debit card AMOUNT is 3888.But school did not received and not even refunded to my account.I gave WRITTEN APPLICATION on 18th to my home BRANCH sector 21 panchkula two times. I filed online complaint also but till date there is no response from bank. Pls refund my money to my account as soon as possible. THANKING YOU SUSHEEL THAKUR

                                      Indian Bank located at Thermutti in Coimbatore, do not provide proper service to the customer. The staff is very rude towards customer. I have seen uneducated people crying because of her behaviour. Customers do not know everything about banking and so we ask the people who are in charge of it. But they treat us like trash and if someone failed to fill the form properly without knowledge, they shout at customers as if customers are animals and throw the forms to the face. This is not the right thing. Strict actions should be taken.
