Uthangarai Indian Bank Branch is providing very worst customer service. They keeping gundas (Rowdies) in the bank entrance with stick . also all the deposit and withdraw is happing in outside the street with private agencies. And the agencies looting money from the people No proper guidelines they following and public is struggling lot. Especially when the farmers visiting the bank they not giving respect to them.

And also when the Women’s Self-help group applying the loan, all the process is going through NGO (nongovernmental organization). Without NGO loan is not processed. NGO people taking huge commission amount from the Women’s Self-help group. Nowhere recorded / monitored this commission amount. Look like this is one kind of bribe.
When we compliant to the bank manager, manager is telling that minimum 2% commission amount we need to pay to the NGO. if officially any processing fees is applicable then why cant they detected from the saving account? We requesting you to look in to this issues and quires and help the poor farmers and women’s

      A refund amount from amzon of Rs. 1789 has not been credited to my bank account.. My payment method was my debit card of indian bank.. Amazon has already generated the payment reference number. An image regarding this refund status with reference number has been added to image section by me. But still i didnt get my refund amount in my bank account from indian bank . my bank account no is [protected] with IFSC code - IDIB000P214

          Saving Account-7545 - MIN BAL CHGS deducted from my account

          Hello,
          NAME : THIRUGNANAM N
          Mobile # :[protected]
          Account #: ending with-7545
          Branch : Trichy Road Branch, Coimbatore.
          I have checked my savings account through IndPay mobile app, showing Rs.394 is deducted for Minimum Balance Charges.
          Why are you deducting Minimum Balance Charges Rs.394 for this much amount from my account?
          if this continues, will close this account and report to the RBI ombudsman.br...

                        Rude behavior of new staff, they are not helping customer, he always say anything with rudely with every customer. If any customer don't know anything about bank, then of course customer will ask to staff, how to do this, but he always says no, Why he has sitting their if he will not solve the problem of the customer.. Every day he argue with customer.

                          On january 1st 2021, i was sent from easipay on. INDOASIS app to SBI beneficiary Rs.189/-. It was debited twice from my account but not credited to the beneficiary even the money not refunded to my account. Please make refund my money as soon as possible.
