    Unblocked to all digital transaction

    my digital transaction is blocked on 07.12.2020.

    Kindly release the block to my all digital transaction and oblige.

    I am so many times complainted for directly to our branch but no response.

    Hello helpdesk
    myself SHAIK NAVEED AHMED, today while applying for the post AAI ATC payment was done successful and also money got deducted BUT now in the application of AAI ATC its showing payment not done/received. kindly go through my issue and get back to me with the refund amount of Rs1000 for the transaction.

      Money deducted from bank account but did not come out from Atm. Today i go PNB atm sardar shahar date -23/12/2020 & time -around 10 am to 11 am . And make a 3500 rupees transaction by Allahabad atm card .but transaction is failed in the middle of process . Please credit my 3500 rupees initial as soon as possible .

        Transaction failed date 4/11/2020
        Above mention date transaction by online mode using card amount 1850 for university of Kerala's admission fee
        But two times transaction failed .only third time the transaction is success. But first two times failed transaction's amount also deduct my account. I complaint the Indian bank Ambalathara Trivandrum.Bank register my complaint.But till date my complaint status is in pending. Iam disappointed this situation because amount (3700) is high value in my situation. Bank's information is maximum 45 days to refund your cash.But nearly 50 days I could not hear a positive attitude.Please take step to refund my cash.

              My self nutalapati raju, i am a saving account holder in indian bank 'tanuku, tanuku 41' branch ifsc code idib000t006, bearing account number [protected]. On 30/11/2020(Monday) at 14:02:0 pm, i was trying to withdraw cash of rs. 10, 000/- from panjab national bank atm at tadepalligudem having atm id.N2388800 and seq no[protected]. No cash came out of the atm and showed transaction timeout, atm did not even count the cash after going through all necessary options. However, immediately i received an sms regarding the debit/deduction of the amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even regularly check my upi, wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal. First i went on 30/11/2020(Monday) and bank manager was saying you have to wait 4 to 5 days if you not received then you have to complaint therefore monday (7/12/2020) i went to my bank branch for register complaint, bank manager filed my complaint and he give reference id t[protected] and he saying it will take min 15 days or max 3 months to reversal of my amount and today is 22/12/2020 i have not received my money back yet. How would a common man wait so much for his own money. It should not happen

              Therefore, i am a salaried person who runs my house with my salary. I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back my amount to my account at the earliest.

              Kindly check the cctv and there was also a security guard. Please take necessary action earliest possible.

                  I ordered a shoes on Amazon and cancelled it on nov 27 due to some reason and I asked for the return and the Amazon customer care provided me the reference number on dec 21 and now the indian bank customer care is denying that they can't se the status of the refund even when I'm providing them my reference no. And saying its against our policy.

                        I had ordered a product from Amazon
                        I returned that product... They initiated refund and the last day was 18 December... But this is 22 today and still I have not received my refund back in my Bank account... But Amazon has provided me Refund Reference Number (RRN).

                              Dear sir,
                              I yash enterprises am highly requesting for the refund of amount 20, 000 rupees which i tried to sent to (krishna engineer) on date[protected] from my current account ([protected]) . When i made the transaction the amount of 20, 000 rupees were taken from my account but the transaction never happened and it's still on pending after this happened i tried to call many times for registering my complain and all i got from there is that you should call B.H.I.M customer care no.([protected]) but no one has picked my call ever since . The transaction which is still pending was tried to made on[protected] from my current account ([protected]) the transaction number was[protected] and was of amount 20, 000 rupees.
                              kindly, take strict and necessary investigation of my complaint and please refund me my money as i am in need of that.

                                  Hi i m from karaikal, my father had a loan in indian bank neravy branch, my father passed away two yrs back, so i settled the loan amount as per ARC instruction on 30.9.2020, they sent me NDC and also to bank, but still they did not provide my documents, i ran to the bank day by day last 3months, and they simply said document is missing. They didnot told me the file was missed before i paid the settlement. After i paid it they told me like this. Is this the way you treat your customers and their valuable things.I dont want to say further, i going to raise a complaint and file a FIR againts indian bank and i dont know how many customer documents they are missed. My acc no[protected].
