My self nutalapati raju, i am a saving account holder in indian bank 'tanuku, tanuku 41' branch ifsc code idib000t006, bearing account number [protected]. On 30/11/2020(Monday) at 14:02:0 pm, i was trying to withdraw cash of rs. 10, 000/- from panjab national bank atm at tadepalligudem having atm id.N2388800 and seq no[protected]. No cash came out of the atm and showed transaction timeout, atm did not even count the cash after going through all necessary options. However, immediately i received an sms regarding the debit/deduction of the amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed back to my account, but no sms was received. I even regularly check my upi, wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal. First i went on 30/11/2020(Monday) and bank manager was saying you have to wait 4 to 5 days if you not received then you have to complaint therefore monday (7/12/2020) i went to my bank branch for register complaint, bank manager filed my complaint and he give reference id t[protected] and he saying it will take min 15 days or max 3 months to reversal of my amount and today is 22/12/2020 i have not received my money back yet. How would a common man wait so much for his own money. It should not happen
Therefore, i am a salaried person who runs my house with my salary. I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back my amount to my account at the earliest.
Kindly check the cctv and there was also a security guard. Please take necessary action earliest possible.
