I Mrs.Christine Swaminathan having saving a/c[protected] and PPF account, Trust account in your indian Bank Matunga situated at devdhar road, Matunga east.

The saving account[protected] was opened in year 2010. The said saving account has carried end number of transaction and loan disbursement through other banks without any default. Same can be verified through your record. The saddest part is that Indian Bank matunga could not provide any facility to the account holder nor could build customer relationship during these 10 years. The experience towards the bank service is illegal and unlawful. I am narrating my sad experience of illegal debit from my account by the unlawful branch manager not following Bank legal condition.

On 14thDecember 2019. Legal notice was issued to the Branch Manager Indian Bank for illegally debiting INR. 16500/- from my saving a/c[protected] and also to re-debit the refund in my account. The Branch Manager Indian Bank failed to reply my notice and till date illegally debited is carried until my account is Zero balance.


In view of the Devilish behavior of the Branch Manager unlawfully and illegal debiting my harden money from saving account, feared to keep any saving in my account. On 3rd March 2020 I had communicated with the manager through telephonic . The manager agreed on his verbal communication that the bank is debiting from my account as I am the guarantor and it does not require to issue any notice before debiting from the guarantors account.

I would like to state that, I have not signed any legal document of bank for guarantor and neither Its in my knowledge. Branch manager have not taken the cognizance of my complaint, instead in easy way carried the illegal act. The communication between Myself and the manger is preserved for record as not following banks norm and illegally debiting from my saving account. With repeatedly threat of illegal debiting of savings from my a/c 0f[protected] by Indian Bank Branch Manager unlawful act. I demand action for this illegal act.

On dated 22/9/2020 the bank again debited the amount for insufficient balance in the account after debiting all my saving in zero balance. All debit by bank can be seen in bank record.

I request that the Indian bank headquarter to verify the guarantor document and investigate my grievance against the branch manager for illegal debit from my account and reimburse my hard earned money which is illegally debited from my account. I say that I have not signed bank document as guarantor, i also say that the indian bank manager favours the loaners for their self interest without verifying their credential and provide laons to defaulters who doesnt even have bank account in the same branch.

I request you to kindly look into the greviance of my complaint and credit my debited amount. I am ready to co-operate with the bank internal investigation.

I will also be writing my complaint to RBI in this connection, if failed to receive your action in this matter, i will be forced to approach Consumer Forum and Honble High Court Mumbai for further direction.

I have paid college fees through net banking from Indian bank to iob bank but the transaction status has been failed so the amount is not credited to iob bank and my amount was debited to indian bank so they gave instructions like the amount will refund in your bank within 48 hours but still it's not credited from indian bank. I paid my college fee on October 28, 2020

I did a transaction on flipkart and transaction amount is 1861 rupees, under some circumstances, order is canceled and money is not credited yet into my bank account, yet, I paid using debit card, they provide refund reference number::Payment reference no. :-PZT[protected]CYBJO02., please check it and please credit my money back, my bank account number:[protected], Indian bank,

Manager and working lady most insulting always for education loan.I think only rich people can get education not for ours.they always speaking their personal in working place smiling eating roaming etc.we are going on 10.am returns to home 4 or 5 with regret...😭😭😭

Complaint for non payment of da increase 5%.Inspite of repeated complaints no action is beeing taken to release my payment my a/c no is[protected]

Amazon issued my refund of two items on 19th and 21 october respectively. I got the refund of RS 180 that was issued on 19th but dint get the refund of Rs 133 that was issued on 21 st of this month.
Its my request to plz consider my case on priority and solve the issue.

I want to say that, My refund was going to come from myntra online shopping he said that refund is initiated in 20 Oct and will show in account about 7 to 10 business days today date is 30 Oct but my refund not came in my account... Today I contact from myntra but he give me reference number and said that Plz contact the bank... So Plz tell me what can I do for refund?

On 28/10/2020 I paid using my IB debit card at vetri jewelry, vilianur. Rs.9500 was deducted from my account and it was not credited to the shop account. I request you do the needful to debit the same.

I made an online payment On mytra and Cancelled it immediately.

I am Chandra and I had placed an order Kiran SSC Mathematics book at the cost of Rs.530 in online platform of Amazon on 22nd September 2020. Due to some issue I haven't received the product almost for a month. Finally Amazon had initiated refund for the amount of Rs.530 on 20th October 2020, but still the amount didn't reflect to my bank account. Amazon sent reference number
# 30005102660266237001825 and confirmed that they have processed the refund from their side and told me to file charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. Kindly help me with the issue regarding refund to reflect to my account as soon as possible.

Amazon gave me the reference id # 30005102930293106009618 date on 19.10.2020 but indian bank has still not credited my money to my account.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.🙏

I try to book a ticket from irctc web site but i was failed to get any tickets and it charges me 1044 rs ..i get a refund msg from irctc
Already it has been 15 days still i didn't receive any amounts on my bank account..
