Hi,
I did an IMPS transaction from Indian bank account to HDFC (beneficiary) account of rupees 92500/- on 09/10/2020 and after sometime transaction was failed but my amount got debited from Indian bank and not credited to beneficiary also. I already called Indian bank customer care and they said it will be refunded in T+1 day but till now i can see the amount refund. Registered complaint also, kindly help in get my money back asap....

I transfer amount of 92500 via IMPS on 09/10/2020 and there was an transaction error message which i missed to capture. But my amount got debited from Indian bank account and not credited to beneficiary account (HDFC). I have raised a contacted customer care and they said amount will be refunded in T+1 day but i cant still see my account with amount refund . I raised a complaint and also raising a complaint here so that this issue is resolved...

On dated 03.10.2020 at 9.50 am I was trying to withdrw amount worth of Rs 3000 at state bank of india ATM (GHOSHHAT PANUHAT KATWA) ATM ID[protected] but amount not recivied from ATM(service timeout error ) and amount deduct from my account. So I request you kindly help me to refund amount in my account.

I booked bus tickets through paytm this morning.
But it failed and displayed the amount is refunded to your bank, but it didn't.

I had ordered a tshirt from amazon which was bigger in in size so I requested to return it before it reaches me to prevent waste of time. I ordered it on 16th September 2020 and my order id of the product is[protected].my total amount to pay was 1609 of which I paid 239 with my amazon pay balance and 1370 with debit card. The amount of amazon pay balance was refunded but the 1370 rupees is not refunded till now in my bank account....

I have sended Rs 8000 from Indian bank to another account through UPI the transaction failed but amount was deducted... The message came that it would be refunded by 2 days but that has not happened please help me .

The Flipkart has initiated the refund on 27th of September but according to Government guidelines it must be credited in my account on 6th of October but today now on 9th October still I did not get the refund but according to Flipkart initiate the refund and they also provide me the reference number that is-CR20092816142318700730904

I ordered something from Flipkart that I return for that Flipkart issued me a refund on 27 September but it according to gov. guideline it must be credit into my account on 6 October maximum but today now on 9th of October I did not get the refund in my account but the refund is processed by Flipkart on 27 September they also provide me the reference number that isCR20092816142318700730904

Bought a product from amazon and they have processed my refund thru the reference number 497950, but indian bank is not releasing the payment to debit card. Contacted indian bank customer but no proper response from them.

Amazon refunded my money ruppes500 to my bank account on august 21, within 3-5 days but still i am get my money back i contact amazon customer service they said refund reference is not generated from bank side....

Amazon gave me the reference id # 30005102730273122380559 date 9/29/2020 indian bank has still not credited my money

I have ordered filpflopd from mnytra and returned it. Mnytra team has refunded money to bank but bank has not reached to account that money of rupees 1276...

I took filpflopd from Myntra and returned it but I didn't receive any money of 1276 rupees that was reflected on 30 of September to bank account but still didn't receive money.
Not that yesterday I maintained minimum balance but Indian bank members cut money from by account of 236 rupees.
Not only few days back through phone pay I got msg that I received money but didn't add to by account of 1000 rupees that is on 14 th June...

So pls regard my complaint it was held so many days ihave already complinted my branch at nawabpeta Nellore 524002 but they not giving proper reply to me so pls regards my complaint sir...

In my account over cuttings of money is high in Indian bank so pls kindly check the balance deductions...
