I had ordered laptop of Rs.63990 from Amazon on 11th August and I cancelled that order because of wrong storage type and Amazon refunded successfully after5 minutes... After waiting for 8 days Indian bank didn't refund the money and several times I visited bank but they said they didn't do anything about this.you have to wait till money back in your account

    I ordered a mobile on amazon at 10/08/2020, then I cancelled that order.They initiate the refund money on that day itself.But, I didnt get the refund money till now.Amazon given a reference num also which sended by Indian bank to them.Amazon customer care respond well instead of Indian bank customer care.I tried to say that reference number to Indian bank customer care but they said to go to bank directly instead of listening this.
    This is not the first time, its happening oftenly.
    I hope you will provide a better result for this and I will trust to get my refund amount soon.

            Sir/Mam, Since 2012 I am having 4 A/C's in your bank. I am having Indpay & net banking. There is a dispute in CIBIL report in 2014. So I requested the statement on 14th Aug 2020.They delinked my personal CIF so I am unable to operate my both Indpay & Netbanking. I am facing lot of problems in transactions.I submitted my complaint in bank at Fairlands branch, Salem. Please I request you to solve my problems immediately.Thank you.

                My name is shiren kumar and i have cancelled a product on amazon on 24th july (Redmi 8a dual for rs.7405) and 28th july (Vivo u20 for rs.12095) (Two products) and still i havenot yet received any refund from the bank, as the amazon made their refund process on the same day of product cancellation and the reference for both the product is

                        I used my debit card in my amazon account to buy a product. But i cancelled the order. Then they credited my amount in my indian bank account. But that amount was not credited to my account. Today (14/08/2020) i consulted the indian bank about this problem they are not solving my problem and talking rudely. I need that amount please help me by taking seviour action.
