Hi,
My mother had purchased groceries on the big basket app for delivery on 4th august, 2020. The order was cancelled by the big basket team due to heavy rains that day.
The amount which was debited (Rs.2253) has still not been credited to my mother’s account in indian bank.
Big basket team has repeatedly asked us to check with bank. I am fed up of following up as their is no response to my complaint request with indian bank - ibe0282546
