I have a savings bank account bearing no [protected] in indian bank khandagiri (Bhubaneswar) branch. Ifsc code of bank is idiboook317. Today i received a message that rs 52147.00 is debited from my account. On inquiry to home branch they are telling some ecs mandates has been done.
But i should tell you that i have no issue of ecs to nowhere nor i have issued any cheque to any one for this amount. I verified with youe toll free[protected] but they are not able to help me. They wanted that i should give a complain.

Please look into the matter seriously and reply me.

    I paid rs14999/ to amazon.in for purchasing one mobile phone on 01/06/2020. On 02/06/2020, for some unforseen reason i had to cancel the same. Amazon was kind enough to refund money to my debit card bank account. (Atm no ends with -8957)
    The refund reference number is : aoworwqd0000kam3xm45. Dated 02/06/2020. Till date i have not received my money back. I have sent message to [protected]@indianbank.co.in. Also. My sb number is[protected].

    An early refund will be highly appreciated.

      With due respect i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am an account holder in your india bank gajalnaikan patti kandhili. Tk tirupattur dt. For more than 10 years. Few months ago i approached your prestigious bank manager mr. Raju in order to close my fixed deposits which was opened in the year of 2006.
      But the then branch manager mr. Ranjith kumar and mr. Raju the present manager refused to close the above mentioned deposit.
      The deposit was matured on 28.12.2014 and till now i am unaware of my maturity value. Wherever i approach the bank to close the deposit i was given vague reply by manager and he showed reluctant to close and pay me the cash.
      On 18.05.2020 again i went to the bank and requested branch manager mr. Raju to close my fd account stating my family problem due to corona lockdown.
      But he was not prepared to listen my word but again and again i begged him to close my fd and i assured him that whatever the commitment i may owe to the bank will be settled in time manner.
      Then i finally gave a request letter to close my fd. He went through the letter and starred me as though i made a blender mistake. I asked him to counter sign the letter and give me the copy. Suddenly he got wild and started shouting at me with out any respect, that he will not sign.
      He said that head office has written a letter not to close the account. Then i asked him to give the copy and i will reply to your head office accordingly.
      Angrily he through the letter on me and asked me get rid the branch. One of my friend also was standing and watching every thing and later on i came to know the same thing happen to her also.
      Afterwards i send the letter throth post where i did not get any reply yet
      Sir for your kind information it is an individual account and i am the sole owner of the deposit. This money was deposited for the purpose of higher education to my elder daughter who has taken the medical profession. Due to the outbreak of covid 19 we have lost our daily income and now we are struggling for a day’s food.
      As the current unfortunate situation is hurting my family lives i want the deposits to be closed immediately and hence please close my deposit and pay me the maturity amount with till date accumulated interest.
      Understating the prevailing situation if you take necessary action as early as possible i will be highly grateful to you and also i am very much affected by the irresponsible behavior and reply of the branch manager mr. Raju.

        I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank bearing saving account no [protected] and i have been associated with the bank for more than 7 years.
        I am writing this letter to drew your kind attention to a disturbing incident that i personally experienced with your bank. I am struggling to find a solution to my problem for more than 3 (Three years) and i am left with no option but to raise the matter to a higher authority.
        I had approached you many times to withdraw money from my above mentioned saving account which i received as a payment from central govt. 100 days employment scheme and other govt. Schemes.
        Since you had refused to pay my saving money with out any adequate reasons i had to borrow for higher rate of interest to pay to my children’s education.
        As you know very well we the poor people who must work every day to bring food to the table and more over during this outbreak of covid 19 lockdown has changed our daily lives significantly and we have to struggle much to feed our family. We have no ability to sustain this prolonged lockdown.
        I have no other income except from daily agricultural labor and 100 days work scheme.
        Sir, although i narrated all my family problem you had refused to pay my saving account balance of rs 23, 700/- without any logical reasons.
        Whatever may be reason, before raising the matter to higher authority, once again i formally request you to pay my full saving amount to fulfill my daily bread.
        I am very disappointed with what happened and i am strongly considering this incident a serious issue. Please be advised that if i am not paid back my saving amount i will be forced to complain to your higher authority and also file a claim with ombudsman and as well as copy to chief minister grievance cell to seek recovery for the losses i have sustained as result of your failure to do so.
        I hope you can change my mind by providing an adequate and satisfying solution to my problem by paying back my saving amount as well as taking the necessary precautions to prevent such incident in the future.

        But he refused to pay my saving money with out telling me the adequate reasons.

        Then finally i wrote a request letter addressing to the branch manager (Letter enclosed) he refused to either accept or acknowledge the receipt. He got annoyed and shouted at me as though i had done blender mistake. Even then i begged him politely to pay my money what ever may be the reason for non-payment even if i have commitment to the bank. He did not show any mercy and asked me to get away from the bank.
        I was standing in the branch till 2 o clock with the petition and branch manager chased me out like street dog with help of other staff. Afterwards i posted the petition letter to the branch and till now i did not receive any reply.
        As i already told you we are striving without income and now i am going for 100 days work and the money will be deposited in my account. Now that money also will be held up. The behavior of the branch manager is so uncanny, rude and harsh that one could easily get annoyed.
        Thus i want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me whatever the commitment i may owe to the bank.
        I will be highly grateful if any early action is taken from your good selves

          My name is sangram dey and i had ordered tricom 10/100 mbps ethernet to fiber optic single mode single fiber htb-1100s media converter sms[censored]p to 25 kmps - 1 pair of rs 2190/- in amazon on 06/05/2020 and after 19/05/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25/05/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - 9o3eem6v0000k9lag4vs and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.           I received my money after 4 days as expected, thank to this website very much, this is very helpful as most of the government bank employees are lazy, they did not look at this serious Matter of receiving money from online marketing or something else. Thank you again, I posted two complaints by fault, but finally I received my money, thank you.

            I have cancelled an order from amazon on 29/05/2020, but refund was not received and When i spoke with an amazon associate he said refund has been processed succesfully & it would be reflected by 02/06/2020 ie between 2-4 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. he also said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

              I ordered bigtraders earphone with 2 mic worth rs 280/- from amazon on 21 may 2020 and was cancelled by amazon on 27 may 2020 and refund was too initiated on 27 may 2020 from amazon but the refund has not been deposited in our account yet. When i contacted to amazon's customer service they gave me a reference number to contact to bank and ask for money. When i contacted to bank's customer service they asked me to contact to branch as they do not have power to check anyone's account through reference number and told that they do not have any complaint form. When i went to branch of indian bank they told me that they can't do anything through refernce number and they do not have any complaint form and no refund has been

                        On 28th may i had ordered a phone (Samsung galaxy m21) from amazon and cancelled it immediately. My account got debited for rs 14999/-. When i contacted the consumer care of amazon they told that they have refunded the amount on 29th may, but i haven't got the amount credited to my account yet.

And on 22.05.2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 083910 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                  I have purchased mousepad from amazon on 21 march 2020 by making payment of 625rs through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 26 may 2020 with refund reference number 7e8qpomw0000k7bbgqbz. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      I had purchased gas stove which later by got cancelled and amazon generated my refund with ref no. 892470.

                                      but i have not received it yet in bank account .
                                      and bank is not responding to me.
                                      I need my refund as soon as possible.
