My name is sangram dey and i had ordered tricom 10/100 mbps ethernet to fiber optic single mode single fiber htb-1100s media converter sms[censored]p to 25 kmps - 1 pair of rs 2190/- in amazon on 06/05/2020 and after 19/05/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 25/05/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - 9o3eem6v0000k9lag4vs and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I received my money after 4 days as expected, thank to this website very much, this is very helpful as most of the government bank employees are lazy, they did not look at this serious Matter of receiving money from online marketing or something else. Thank you again, I posted two complaints by fault, but finally I received my money, thank you.

    I have cancelled an order from amazon on 29/05/2020, but refund was not received and When i spoke with an amazon associate he said refund has been processed succesfully & it would be reflected by 02/06/2020 ie between 2-4 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. he also said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

      I ordered bigtraders earphone with 2 mic worth rs 280/- from amazon on 21 may 2020 and was cancelled by amazon on 27 may 2020 and refund was too initiated on 27 may 2020 from amazon but the refund has not been deposited in our account yet. When i contacted to amazon's customer service they gave me a reference number to contact to bank and ask for money. When i contacted to bank's customer service they asked me to contact to branch as they do not have power to check anyone's account through reference number and told that they do not have any complaint form. When i went to branch of indian bank they told me that they can't do anything through refernce number and they do not have any complaint form and no refund has been

                There are unauthorized transaction happened in my account continuously in last one month. There is no sms alert or mail alert and i have lost nearly 35, 000....

                On 28th may i had ordered a phone (Samsung galaxy m21) from amazon and cancelled it immediately. My account got debited for rs 14999/-. When i contacted the consumer care of amazon they told that they have refunded the amount on 29th may, but i haven't got the amount credited to my account yet.

                          I have purchased mousepad from amazon on 21 march 2020 by making payment of 625rs through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 26 may 2020 with refund reference number 7e8qpomw0000k7bbgqbz. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                    Paytm mall has processed my refund but i haven't yet got the refund which the bank has to do, please help. I tried lodging a complaint from the bank's website, but it's always down, worst customer service, i understand the covid 19 situation but even before their website and customer service is worse. I've attached two images, one image shows that the connection is times out.. This is so bad. I even lost ₹150 rupees from this bank, they never refunded it. I'll change to another bank if this ain't gonna be resolved, please..

                                    I got the refund back, I don't think I'll receive the refund of last year that is ₹150. But meh.. The website is still down, I hope they fix it.. or I'll probably switch to another saving bank account just because I'm not feeling safe lol
